Material and labour for Submain wiring with 2 runs of single core 4 sqmm PVC insulated FRLS multistranded 1100 volts grade wire, copper conductor drawn through and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories of medium grade not less than 25mm dia including one run of single core 4 sqmm PVC insulated sheathed multistranded 1100 volts grade with copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor along with the wiring and connected from DB to DB/main board including removing the existing unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The wiring shall be done in proper colour coding using red, yellow, blue for phases, black for neutral and green for earth (b) The cost of cutting of chases of required width and depth for conduit including plastering, painting two coats to match the existing wall colour is deemed to be included in the rate quoted rate. (c) The three runs of copper wire one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one running meter.

Note: (a) The wiring shall be done in proper colour coding using red, yellow, blue for phases, black for neutral and green for earth (b) The cost of cutting of chases of required width and depth for conduit including plastering, painting two coats to match the existing wall colour is deemed to be included in the rate quoted rate. (c) The FIVE runs of copper wire one run of PVC conduit is shall be measured as one running meter.

Taking down flame proof exhaust fans/three phase motor exhaust fans of any type and size after disconnecting from existing ceiling rose to connector and clamp hooks and transportation to MES Complaint Cell, cleaning externally, dismantling and examining the rotor, starter, bearings, bushes, etc; for serviceability, rewinding of motor repairing/replacing the defective parts subsequently oiling, greasing, assembling, testing for proper functioning, checking for safety security and proper locking, transporting back to building/site from work shop, hanging at its original position and connecting electrical connections complete servicing, testing for noise free smooth running etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing defective ceiling fan from the site, rewinding of the ceiling fan of sweep 1400mm complete with equivalent new super enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge and weight as per manufacturer's design and instructions including replacement of defective parts, varnishing complete including taking down, transportation, assembling back and refixing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The items are to be removed from the site and to be taken for rewinding from MES stores and returned to MES stores after necessary repair works for fixing on the site. (b) The transportation for the same is inclusive in the rate quoted.

Taking down water heater (Electric Geyser) of any type and size /make of 25/50 Litre capacity after disconnecting the existing electric wire, water pipe, inspecting the inner tank and components for necessary repairs including cleaning and removal of scales from inside of geyser, removing of geyser pipe of any size/type from the point of water tapping upto geyser inlet and from geyser to tap outlet including cleaning of pipe line to remove any blocks/sediments etc and refixing for free flow of water in the geyser line re-assembling in all respects after replacing unserviceable parts/components and testing for proper working after repairs and fixing in the original place/ position duly connecting up water supply and electric supply complete including civil work for grouting etc all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Necessary repairs /replacement parts shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Labour for replacing of unserviceable spare parts deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Supply and fix of chromium plated connecting pipe 45cm with two brass adopters and brass flexible tubing for Hot/cold water pipe connection for geyser suitable for 15 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of Heating Element 1500 Watts including rubber/ PVC gasket of push type/threaded /round /triangle base type as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of thermostat including rubber gasket for 25/50 litres capacity geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of indicator bulb neon AC 230 Volts (Round/Square) type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of non-return valve 15/20mm dia for cold water connection of geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of pressure release valve suitable for 25/50 Ltrs capacity Geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of PVC connection 60 cm long with brass nuts for cold water supply complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of fan Capacitor, 2.5 MFD suitable for ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of ball bearing suitable for ceiling fans /wall mounting fan/ exhaust fan including necessary greasing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of PVC wire of flexible cord with copper conductor multistranded of twin core 23/0.198 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of ceiling fan clamp heavy steel and rubber bush with nut bolt and locking pins all galvanised for fixing from fan rod to ceiling hook all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of only ceiling fan down rods of required height fabricated out of 15/20mm dia GI pipe medium grade fixing duly threaded/hole drilled with suitable check nut and drilled hole for split pin and painting the down rod for ceiling fan 1200 to 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of fan capacitor, 4.0 MFD for fans complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing of inner tank/container and outer body by arresting any water leak through welding of geyser body using MS plates of required thickness, replacement of bottom plate, removal of dents repainting of the body all complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of existing hylam sheet including removing the existing switches, sockets, regulators and refixing the same with new hylam sheet, white colour of required size as per the site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nut, check nuts and washers etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe 15 mm bore of medium grade from earth electrode to DBs/Main switch all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part I and connected to main switch board including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC chamber in 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate 75 mm thick RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 6mm dia bars at 75mm c/c both ways with 12mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, 20 mm dia medium grade GI watering pipe perforated at bottom with funnel and wire mesh, common salt and charcoal filling complete including testing on completion all as specified Note: (a) GI pipe 15mm dia & GI earth lead 4mm dia upto 7.5 m length is deemed to be included in quoted rate (b) Earthing value should be less than 5 ohms. (c) If desired value of earth resistance not achieved during testing, the earthing work shall be redone by the contractor at free of cost to achieve the desire value of earthing resistance. The rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be inclusive of the provision.

Supply and fix in repairs of Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire with GI protection pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
