211.7 Supplying, Installation, Testing and commissioning of dust, damp and vermin proof wall mounted, outdoor type factory built sheet steel enclosed modular bolted construction extendable type Main Distribution Panel, suitable for operation on 415 ±10% volts, 50 Hz AC 3 phase 4 wire supply system fabricated out of suitable sized square tubular section and covered with CRCA sheet steel of 1.2mm thick for frame work and 1.2mm covers , 1.6mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having extensible type TPN Aluminium bus bars of high conductivity, SMC bus bar supports, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common G.I. earth bus bar to switch gears with required size of Alum. bus bars and inter-connection with solid copper conductor wires / aluminium strips, neutral links, including control wiring with 1.5 / 2.5sqmm. 211.8 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following height high mast tower excluding excavation but including the following - a) Supply of stated height high mast shaft in two/three sections suitable for 47 m/sec wind speed, with head frame, winch mounting bracket, luminaires carriage suitable to install stated number of luminaires in symmetrical arrangement. b) Supply of raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, 6 mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial. c) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template. d) Supply of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32 A TPN MCB incommer, single dial time switch, 25 A TP Contactor for the automatic switching of luminaires, power tool control with 02 Nos. 9 A contactors and raise lower push button, incomming and outgoing terminals for lights and motor as required. e) Supply of LED Type single dome aviation obstruction light. Stand must be double door made up of 2 SWG sheet and powder coated with 7 tank technique. f) Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour. g) Installation of the mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in concrete.
