Flushing of borewell of 6” dia operation using drill rods/ hose with required size of pipes for various capacity compressor including transportation, labour, and fuel charges for compressors as directed by the departmental Officer

Deepening of borewell 165 mm dia vertical bores depth as directed by the departmental officers

Supply of 180mm Dia OD PVC Casing Pipe as per directional of Corporation officers.

Labour charges for inserting casing pipes in the drilled hole including jointing as per directional of Corporation officers.

Supply and delivery of borewell submersible pumpset with vertical type with all accessories with latest FS8034 in general for the following duty conditions the pumpset should have diagonally balanced bronze impler and stainless shaft for motor and pumpand directly coupled to a suitable capacity continuous rated three phase fifty cycles 22/440 volts AC supply motor should be as per ISI with upto date amendment. The starter winding should be made from high conductivity PVC insulated 3 core flat copper cable of suitable size of work. Duty 100 LPM X 225 M head.

Supply of 4 mm2 3 core Copper, PVC insulated flat cable etc complete as per directional of Corporation officers.

Labour for the erection of submersible pumpsets in borewell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper claps upto the starter to the required depth values erection clamps, pressure gagues uppto exterior wall of the pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN, Switches Starter, Volmeter, Ammeter, 3 pilot (including lamps) capacitor, single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules including construction of earth pits with earthing materials s per rules etc. complete testing pumpsets on trial run 30 days and as directed by corporation officers

Supply and delivery of Star-Delta starter confirming to IS 13947, IEC60947-1 and as amended thereafter with suitable KW rating for operation in AC/ Three Phase/50HZ (+/- 5%) and 415V (+/- 10%) including 3 pole magnetic contactor with under voltage release - 3 nos., CT operated Ammeter (65 mm dia) with suppressed scale, Voltmeter (65mm dia), Voltmeter selector switch, Miniature circuit breaker, Thermal Overload relay, Air Break contactors suitable for next Standard higher KW rating, Single phasing preventor, dry running preventor and On/Off Push button switches, wiring with 1 sq.mm/4 sq. mm copper pvc insulated cable, powder coated vermin proof box, including the capacitor (the cost of capacitor is to be taken separately).
