Demolition of un-reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) as in roof, floors (other than ground floor) beams, staircase, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 25mm thick cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding and benching & filletting with WPC (WPC measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer 10 mm thick CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes finished even and smooth without using extra cement with IWPC (IWPC measured separately) as in roof slabs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified with non woven polyester matt black finished over compatiable primer at 0.3 litre per sqm, torching the membrane on whole surface uniformly while unrolling the membrane by LPG and sealed with trowel after necessary preparation of surface complete all as per manufactures instructions and finally finished with at coat of bitumastic aluminium paint over the membrane. The over lap joint shall be provided of 100mm in longitudinal direction and 150mm in tranverse direction respectively. All the angles, abutments and the drainage outlets shall be sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage. Note : The work shall be carried out by authorized applicators of manufacturers.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic joint free tiles 8 to 10 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36sqm in floors, skirting, Dados etc,including 15 mm CM 1:6 thick CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tile complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Coloured Non Skid ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sq. M but not exceeding 0.18 Sq. M, in floors etc,including 15 thick screed in CM 1:6bed set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tile complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450 x 350x 7 mm thick ,including 10 mm thick secreed bed set in cm1:4 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or cloured cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in Sub-base to floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for morum filling/redbajri filling under floors or in foundationds including watering &consoldation laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick spread levelled and well rammed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (Using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of M-35 grade confirming to IS 15658-2006 with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,plinth Protection, aprons etc Laid, bed-ded and pointed in any mortar,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 over PCC sub base/RCC slab. laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of step, skirting, dado & pillar laid over 10mm thick backing coat of CM 1:3.& jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre Cast Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in Kitchen platform and Cover slab for manholes etc set in cement mortor 1:4 including use and waste necessary form work (Reinforced shall be measured and paid seprately) all as specefied

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shap required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columnshooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
