Dismantling the existing brickwork including cost of T&P labour, machineries, disposing the debries away from the site, lead, lift etc, complete.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in sand , silt, or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including cost of labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing P.C.C 1:4:8 using 40mm size graded hand broken stone including cost of all materials, lead, lift, curing etc., complete.

Providing form work for concreting at all elevations and below GL to give medium smooth finish using steel shutters including cost of all materials, labour lead, lift etc. complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 using O.P Cement and 12 to 20mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, etc., complete.

Providing, cutting, bending, tying and placing in position for an overlap of atleast 10 dia including cost of all materials, RTS rods, lead, lift, transporting, binding wire, welding operation etc. complete as instructed by the Engineer at site.

Providing and filling with local sand rate including cost of materials, transporting, mixing , filling, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Brickwork in CM 1:5 using Fly ash bricks including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing two legged scaffolding for Brick work, plastering and colour washing using 10-13 cm dia casuarina props, distance between two rows being 1.25m and spacing of posts being 2m in both rows, with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including logitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with C.W.Planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., complete using coir and nails.

Plastering with CM 1:3, 12mm thick including cost of all materials, T&P, lead, lift, curing etc., complete and as directed by site Engineer incharge of the work.

Plastering with CM 1:4, 12mm thick including cost of all materials, T&P, lead, lift, curing etc., complete and as directed by site Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing white glazed tiles 150mmx150mmx6mm thick of approved make, colour and quality including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, pointing with white cement and as directed by the engineer site etc., complete.

Providing 600X600mm vetrified tiles flooring including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Colour washing with two coats of interior emulsion paint over one coat of primer including the cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer Incharge of the work.

Colour washing with two coats with Exterior Emulsion paint over one coat of primer for outside wall including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T & P etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Providing, fabricating and fixing in position powder coated anodized aluminium partly glazed single leaf door using aluminium box section of size 45 x 45 x 2 mm for top, middle and sides, 100 x 45 x 2mm for bottom, partly panelled with 9mm prelaminated board (Novapan or equivalent) and partly glazed with 5mm thick plain glass (saint gobain or equivalent) lock, 'D' type handles on both sides, hinges at top and bottom, door stopper, door closure etc., including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T & P, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing Solar Reflective Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x7mm thick for Roof terrace over 20mm thick CM 1:3 bedding and pointing with the same coloured cement including cutting chase in walls wherever required, cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing single Phase, 230V supply sources including wiring, cable laying fixing of box 8 X 4 module with switches and sockets and extension of supply with suitable for Fan and light point as directed by the engineer at site.

Providing and fixing of angle box type 4' 18W Crystal Glass LED Light fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blockon wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed leads from terminals to the fitting.

Providing and fixing of 1200 mm sweep (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator, with 1.20 meter down Pipe with fan clamp, rate including removal of false ceiling and fixing the same in position cost of all materials, labour, etc., and as directed by the engineer at site.

Fabrication and fixing of Ladder and window grill using MS angle, MS Flat for supporting angle including cost of cutting, welding and fixing in position, and one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of enamel paint, all materials, labour charges, all leads, lifts etc. complete.

Providing & fixing in position of PVC pipes of 110mm size and PVC Specials Finolex or equivalent with ISI monogram with necessary specials and fittings for down fall including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete
