Annual Maintenance Contract of 11 0.433 kV Electrical substations 6Nos at NIT Warangal

Carryout routine maintenance, servicing and testing of 630A to 3000A HT VCB by cleaning fixed contacts, moving contacts and arcchutes including servicing and putting the VCB in perfect working condition after detting all relay and ON, OFF mechanism, including testing of breaker timing and IR etc. done with only manufacturing companies / Authorised dealers of respective switch gears on Quarterly basis and Attending the all breakdowns and keep it in healthy condition.

Carryout routine maintenance and servicing of 11kV HT panel board having 1 or 2 incomers and 4 to 6 Nos of Outgoing VCBs/LBSs, cleaning with power blower and servicing the contacts, tightning the connection of incoming and outgoing cables, control cables, terminal blocks and checking the CT, PT and testing the numerical relays by primary/secondary injection and putting them in smooth working condition on Quarterly basis and Attending the all breakdowns and keep it in healthy condition.

Carryout routine maintenance and servicing of LT.Cubical panel board having approximately 15 to 22 Nos of switches/MCCB/Changeover cleaning with power blower and servicing the contacts, tightning the connection of incoming and outgoing cables, and checking the operating machanism for smooth functioning of switches and putting them in smooth working condition on Quarterly basis and Attending the all breakdowns and keep it in healthy condition.

Carryout routine maintenance of Oil type transformer in operation covering insulation resistance oil, break down strength. Reconditioning / replacement of silicagel, cleaning of transformer and topping upto oil level if required including checking the tightness of Power and control cables etc. on Quartely basis (extra cost will be paid for oil) and Attending the all breakdowns and keep it in healthy condition.

Carryout routine maintenance of Dry type transformers on Quarterly basis. Transformer in operation covering insulation resistance, check and tighten screws, connections, voltage change bridges and coil support blocks and clean any dust surfaces using a vacuum cleaner or by blowing with dry air and check the thermal protection device that includes the sensors etc on Quarterly basis and Attending the all breakdowns and keep it in healthy condition.

Carryout routine maintenance on Quarterly of 11kV 3P isolator with HG fuse set and LAs servicing including cleaning and lubrication of contacts,checking alignment,tightness of nut bolts etc, clean the porcelain insulators and inspection for cracks and chip off and contact resistance checking for all substation and complete 11kv overhead line in NITW and Attending the all breakdowns and keep it in healthy condition. a)4 pole structure

Carryout routine maintenance on Quarterly of 11kV 3P isolator with HG fuse set and LAs servicing including cleaning and lubrication of contacts,checking alignment,tightness of nut bolts etc, clean the porcelain insulators and inspection for cracks and chip off and contact resistance checking for all substation and complete 11kv overhead line in NITW and Attending the all breakdowns and keep it in healthy condition. a)2 pole structure

Supply of Transformer oil (tested as per IS 335-1972)

Filteration of transformer oil as per IS specification filter to dielectric strength above 40KV at site with test report including all consumables and machines required for the job etc.

Replacing old and unserviceable gaskets of top cover plate of transformer having following capacity.upto 315KVA

Replacing old and unserviceable gaskets of top cover plate of transformer having following capacity.upto 500/1000KVA

Supply and erectin of transformer breather with silica gel (500gms size)

Supply and refilling of silica gel in transformer breather

Supply and erection of LED indication lamps on the existing panel board.

Providing and erecting heat shrinkable indoor termination kit for 11 KV HT XLPE insulated armoured cable 240-300 Sqmm 3 core with necessary materials etc., complete.

Providing and erecting heat shrinkable outdoor termination kit for 11 KV HT XLPE insulated armoured cable 240-300 Sqmm 3 core with necessary materials etc., complete.
