Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m.Hard rock (blasting prohibited)

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cuddappah stone slab machine cut flooring over 20mm (average) thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete - 25 mm thick.

Dismantling tiled roofing with battens, boarding etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing at all heights, levels and locations Aluminium profile industrial troughed sheet of Alloy 31500/31000/40800, conforming to IS 1254, IS 737, IS 2676. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping SS screws of size 5.5x65 mm with EPDM seal complete upto required pitch in horizontal, vertical or curved surfaces i/c cutting to size and shape where required as per specifications, detail drawings and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of all screws, seal, ridge, labour, scaffolding, machinery for fixing and approved sealent where required etc. but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses 0.91 mm thick, the profile detail width 1044/920 mm, cover width 1000/875 mm

Providing & fixing base plate of 250*250*12mm th.& making necessary holes as per bolt size including applying two coats of yellow chromate primer & painting 2 or more coats with black anticorrosive bitummastic paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing structural Galvanized steel tubes frame at all heights using square/ rectangular tube in the required pattern as per architectural drawing, including cost of cutting, bending, welding etc. The frame work shall be fixed to the wall with the help of M.S. brackets/ lugs of angle iron/ flats etc. which shall be welded to the frame and embedded in brick wall with cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 300x230x300 mm, including cost of necessary centring and shuttering and with approved expansion hold fasteners on CC/RCC surface, including drilling necessary holes. Approved cramps/ pins etc. shall be welded to the frame work to support the structure, the steel work will be given a priming coat of Zinc primer as approved by Engineer-in-charge and painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint (Shop drawings certified by structural eengineer shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer in-charge for approval before execution). The frame work shall be fixed in true horizontal & vertical lines/planes. (Only structural steel frame work shall be measured for the purpose of payment and nothing extra shall be paid).

Providing and fixing angle fasteners & fittings including fixing 2 base plates

Providing & fixing PVC drain gutters of 7" half round on the shed with iron clamps for support extra fittings, joints, elbows & stop end outlets & other necessary fittings.

Providing & fixing droppings for PVC ponoi drain gutters of 4" dia.PVC pipes & elbows & clamps.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (Such as Dulex/ Asian Paints/ Sherwin Willians) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Providing and fixing powder coated ( pure polyester powder of shade of required colour on the aluminium section ) aluminium shutters in accordance with the specification annexed with Goa schedule of Rates (2004) Vol & II including all taxes, transportation, scaffolding and handling etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge: Single or double leaf door shutters.Acrylic sheet/Particle board 12mm thk/Plain plate glass

Providing and fixing powder coated ( pure polyester powder of shade of required colour on the aluminium section ) aluminium shutters in accordance with the specification annexed with Goa schedule of Rates (2004) Vol & II including all taxes, transportation, scaffolding and handling etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge: windows with two sliding shutters using 18 mm series shutters section.Plain glass

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows & doors with M.S. Flat 15x3 mm and nuts & bolts complete Stainless steel (grade 304) wire gauze of 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides
