Supplying/Installing/Testing & commissioning of following nominal capacity AC units complete with outdoor unit,indoor unit,compressor operating on 3 phase ,415 V + 10%,50Hz A.C. supply comprising of Indoor unit and condensor unit with all other associated accessories like various motors, evaporator coils, condensing coils complete in all respect and capable for performing cooling, air circulation and inbuilt motor protections etc.as reqd. a) 5.5 TR

Supplying and fixing of G.I Sheet metal ducting i/c air distribution system, complete thickness gauge i/c nut bolts & gasket etc. as required. a) 22 Gauge G.I Sheet

b) 24 Gauge G.I sheet

Pdg. & fixing Volume Control damper for the package unit to control the supply air quantity complete as reqd.

Canvas Connection with fire ressistance cloth complete as reqd.

Providing & fixing of 25 mm thick thermal insulation for accoustic/partition work as per site requirment for duct, wall, room, false ceiling or roof as reqd.

Pdg. & installing following size copper pipe including cutting bending, jointing, brazing etc as reqd. for hot and liquid refrigerant line complete as reqd. a) 7/8"

Pressure testing with nitrogen pressure standing for at least 8 hr. vaccumzing & commissioning of AC unit complete as reqd.

Supplying & laying of following sizes PVC sheated armoured copper conductor cable on the existing wall/ ceiling for power/ control cabling etc. as reqd. (a) 4 x 6 Sq. mm

b) 4 C x 1.5 Sq.mm

c) Multicore unarmoured cable 8 Core

Fabricating & installing of 50mm wide cable tray tray made out with MS/GI perforated Sheet of heavy gauge duly powder caoted and bends, reducers, Tie etc i/c nut bolt, screw, MS rods etc. as reqd.

Supplying & laying of 8 SWG. G.I. Wire on surface or on recess for loop earthing on the existing surface recess with main power cable etc. as reqd.

Pdg. & making MS structure work for cond/ duct supports/tray support/accoustic grid with following accessories i/c cutting, welding, painting of the same etc as reqd.

Providing & making drain arrangement for AC units with following pipe size 25 mm i/c Tee, union socket & elbow etc as reqd.

Pdg & fixing of copper pipe insulation (a)Pdg & fixing KINI FOAM insulation complete as reqd.

Providing and fixing MS Structural Hanging supports for AC Units etc as required.

Pdg and fixing MS Stand for condensor units etc as reqd.

SITC of cubical type sheet metal free standing back closed M.V. switch board with 250 Amps bus bar and internal wiring for operation on 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply each MV panel consisting of the following etc. complete as required. A) INCOMING: 180 Amps MCCB 4 Pole - 1 No, 180 Amps MCCB 4 Pole - 1 No. B) OUTGOING : a) 63 Amps 4P MCCB 25 KA - 3 Nos. b) Space for 63 Amp MCCB - 1 No., c) Ampere meter, Volt meter and indication for 180 Amp MCCB incomer etc. as reqd. d) DOL starter of 5 HP upto including MCB, Contactor, Relay etc.

Dismentalling of old package/ductable AC unit i/c its electrical /mechanical connection complete as reqd.

Dismentling & Lifting of AC units (a)Dismentaling of drain pipes, copper piping, cabling, cable tray & shifting to desired location required.

Minor civil work /Wall opening for finishing the A.C fresh air package/ AC Units.
