Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity) (B) Do - by fine sand

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with grade stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering , reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (I) Pakur variety.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, eams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (c) 9 to 12 mm thick approved quality plyboard shuttering in any concrete work.

Bailling out water by pump including all lifts and leads and icluding making all arrangements for disposal, where continious flow or seepage of water is encountered and rating of Pumps and hours of Operation is specially as certained as per direction of EIC (2 Hp Pump using 300 Hr )

Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing and Technical specification. Boulder Laid Dry Without Wire Crates.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications.

Supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) in good condition including stacking, incedental charges etc. all complete (capacity 50 kg).

Labour charges for filling empty cement gunny bag / polythene bag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates(stone / brick) and sewing as done in case of cement bags ,(tying with a knot after filling will not be accepted ) , and stacking within a lead of 30 metre as per direction of Engr-in-charge (cost is excluding the cost of any types of filling materials).

Labour charges for Dumping in position earth / sand filled gunny / poly bags (capacity 50 kg) within a lead of 30 metre inclusive of all lifts.
