Non Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for DG sets and Synchronization Panel installed at CSIR-IICTHyderabad

Providing non comprehensive annual maintenance for 500KVA DG Sets (Cummins & Volva Penta Make each 3 Nos.) as required for one year. The work includes regular monthly visits and break down calls whenever required. Periodic maintenance as per manufacturer’s schedule, Prompt troubleshooting and rectification, Check fuel, cooling, lubricating oil, air, exhaust, and electrical systems, Lubricating oil level and condition, Top-up / replace if required, Water / Coolant level and condition, Top-up / replace if required, Air restriction, Clean / change Air Cleaner element as required, Fuel level and sedimentation in fuel tank. Drain / replace water separator accordingly, Color of exhaust gases and act accordingly, Check for any leakage from of the systems, Check for any loose fasteners. Tighten accordingly, Electrolyte level in the battery. Top-up if required, Tightness of all battery connections. Tighten accordingly, Tension and condition of belts. Tighten / replace as required, Free flow of cooling air through radiator, Tightness if all cable connections, Notice for any overheating of cable terminals, All Instruments, Gauges and Relays functionality, Operation of D.G. Set in Manual/AMF mode, Check for any vibrations, Check for any abnormal sound, Check Voltage, Frequency, and Amperes etc. Adjust accordingly if required, Check alternator for overheating / abnormal noise, Check and Record all parameters as required and as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing non comprehensive annual maintenance for Synchronization Panel for one year: - Non Comprehensive annual maintenance for 6x500KVA DG Set Synchronization Panel installed at CSIR-IICT, Hyderabad with 6Nos. Of Comap make IG NT Controllers with SCADA software, including all wiring & Electrical & Electronics parts excluding 12 Nos. ACB's. The work includes monthly visit of engineer, highly skilled technician & helper for regular checkup and emergency visits to resolve any issuees related to synchronization panel and its components. Periodic maintenance as per manufacturer’s schedule, All repairs related to electronic components of synchronization panel and related service for software of SCADA and performing routine tests and emergency tests as required and as directed by the engineer in charge.
