B&R WORK Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level etc complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment incl bedding if any n exc. 40mm thick etc. on any type of roof, cleaning with wire brushers etc. and removal of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate consolidated thickness shall be varied from 25 to 55 mm, for levelling course all as per the requirements complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick screed plaster on roof for laying in CM 1:4 water proofing treatment with using WPC complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item a

Supply only integral Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment with 3 mm thick APP (Actatic Poly Propylene) modified membrane reinforced with non woven polyester mat of weight 150 gms/sqm as centre core & without multiple layers of polyethylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane after applying a coat of bituminous primer of bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over roof (an overlap of 100 mm & 150 mm shall be provided on sides & end respectively ) and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 100ml/sqm on top of APP membrane to get uniform finish complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces in CM (1:6) finished the surface even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork in CM (1:4), the surface even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on surfaces of ceiling in CM (1:3) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer including 2 mm thick of putty on wall complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparation new decorated surfaces of walls and providing two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry and built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exceeding 20mm & dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought up to courses complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre- Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing, precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
