Earth work for foundation in all soils and subsoils to the full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting including shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundations with excavated earth in layers not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in places shown within initial lead and lift including levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specidfications (a) first depth up to 2.00 m

Cement concrete of mix 1:3:6 (one of cement three of sand and six of aggregate) using 40 mm to 20 mm gauge graded hard broken stone jelly including cost of conveyance of all materials to the site including form work and centering labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting, forming protective bunds, cofferdams, bailing out of water, labour for mixing compacting, finising and curing, working at depths tools and plants and incidental chages such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., all complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying in position standardised concete mix M-25 grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20 mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture(plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate related setting of concrete improve workability withouut imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(4.79 cum) 7670 kg of crushed stone sand (Msand) but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabriation charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc.,and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC flooor/roof slab wherever necessary withour claiming extra cost etc., complte complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmesntal Officers. Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5(one of cement and five of sand) using II nd class ground moulded bricks of size 9"x4 3/8"x2 3/4" including finising, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification (a) In ground floor

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one of cement and five of sand ) 12 mm thickincluding all cost and conveyance of all materials to siteincluding cost of csemnt which will be purchased locally by the contractor and conveyance of the same to the actual work site and cost from work imcluding watering curing and all leads of good potable water and all other

Supplying fabricating and errecting M.S main gate, wicket gate & elevation grills including cost of all materials, labour charges for cutting, welding including one coat of epoxy primer etc., all complete. (The design of grill will be given by departmentally)

Supplying and painting the new walls with two coats weather shield exterior emulsion paint as instructed by the departmental Officers inluding preperation of surface, curing etc., all complete in all floors complying with standard specification. (The colour and shade of the paint shall be got approved by the departmental Officers)

Painting the new Iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc.,in all floor with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality ( Colour and brand to be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works) over the existing red oxide primer coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. ( The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before use on works)

Providing soak pit for the collection of waste water as 1.50 m dia and 3.00 m depth walls dry packed with randam rubble etc as per standard specification etc complete

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sqmm (56/0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable Pvc rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with contineous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire painting of suitable colour (SD 56 PWD Electrical data)

Wiring with 2x1.5 sqmm(22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC asscessories with TW switch box and 5A FT switch in flush with wall with 3 mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point/fanpoint(for electronic regulator) etc., complete as per standard specification (PWD Electrical data SD 24)
