Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches etc not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour sand cushioning using clean Fine River sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ clay bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unservicable under ground LT XLPE / PVC cable of any size from trenches / wall / roof / road / pipe / pole / DB including taking out of brick layer of cable protection complete all as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches / ducts / through pipes / in floors / under roads / hard standing /along poles and testing XLPE, LT Cable, with PVC outer sheath Type-I as per IS - 5831, insulated stranded aluminium conductor as Per Class-2 of IS - 8130 served with and inner sheathining of PVC tape- ST-I as per IS-5831 color Red, Yellow, Blue & Black ,armoured with Galvanized steel strip and over all PVC sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS-1554 (Part-I & II) with latest amendments of Size cross sectional area 400 Sqmm 3.5 core ,1100 volts grade heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing in repair GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection including fitting complete with flat iron clamps size of flat iron 25mm x 4mm, nuts, bolts & washers fixed to poles / along wall / floor / under road / across the drain or nallah / laid in trench complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 17 above but for 80 mm bore GI tubing light grade.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in repair LT feeder pillar box cubical type of size 60x40x30 cm, 415 volts for outdoor use made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick powder coated ,machine pressed front opening with single door with provision of rubber beading and locking system including aluminium bus bar 200 Amp rated with provision of hole on bus bar fixing of cable mounted on PVC / epoxy insulators, mounted on angle legs of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame having 01 No of MCCB 100 Amp, 4 pole, 16 KA, adjustable thermal and magnetic setting 80-100%- lcs = 100% lcu and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer ,legs grouted in PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including all provision of opening for incomming/outgoing cables and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for making the hole under road and hard standing for laying and incluidng inserting HDPE pipe of 150, 0.40 Mpa working pressure including all fittings as required at site by mechanical drill system or Auger system complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable route indicator fabricated from 40 x 6 mm angle iron 450 mm long riveted or welded with 100 mm dia CI or MS round disc duly engraved LT CABLE in letters and blue colour including grouted in to the ground with PCC block of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 300 mm of PCC (1: 4 : 8 ) , type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Demolitiong of old earth pit and Material and Labour Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32mm X 6 mm by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh,RCC cover & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
