Providing, installing, testing and commissioning of electric points including necessary wiring with FRLS copper conductor of approved make, PVC conduit, modular switch, socket, switch box, and all required accessories complete in all respect, as per site requirement in direction of enginer-in-charge.

Supplying capacitor type ceiling fan compl;ete withdown rod blade, shakle, conpist for operation on 230v, 50 cycles, single phase AC supply conforming to ISS-374-1979 and with double ball wearing system 48 inch (1200mm) regular mode.

Supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning of voltage steplizer suitable for 170 to 270v in put and load variation from no load to full load, with over load protection, spike suppression, operating at 00c to 400c range etc. complete 3kv capacity.

Supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning off line ups system suitable for operation on 230v, 50hz AC supply, with all eccessories complete excluding batteries and wiring complete 1.5KVA offline UPS .

Supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning of 12b. AH batteries in poly propylene container for DG sets low maintenance batttery plate type 60AH capacity.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.G.I. pipes

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC,carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts,spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
