Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 , of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness Complete as per satisfaction of Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing of aluminum window/door with ground surface aluminum tubuler section (75X25X2mm thickness), main frame to be fixed to RCC beams/ columns/ wall structural with aluminum desigened aluminum bracket and stainless steel anchor fartners, between metal to beams/ columns/ wall, and Z section series 70X42X2mm thickness, to be fixed with stainless scews between gound surface frame and horizontal/ vertical frame, mulian 70X62X2mm thickness, glass fixed with DGU glass clip. Coating of aluminum section will be done with 50-60 micron pure polyester powder coating of required colour as per direction of engineer in charge. 25mm DGU glass consisting of hermetically sealed insulated glass comprising with 6mm clear toughened glass+12mm Airgap+6mm clear toughened glass with characteristics as per specification fixed in pricise size in center of aluminum section, with heavy duty, best quality EPDM gaskit at between aluminum member and glass both side. All components sealed for water proofing with silicon ourter side of aluminum profile etc. (Items includes cost of supplying, installation and fixing of aluminum framewith structural members, mulian, transon, sub frame, DGU glass clip, fixture etc. including supply and installation of 25mm thick hermetically sealed insulated glass ( comprising with 6mm clear toughened glass+12mm Airgap+6mm clear toughened glass) including cost of sealents, brackets, fastners, screws, gaskit, and fixtures etc. works done as per direction of engineering-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately).

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening“for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all Tsections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/ opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30 sqm.The calcium silicate ceiling tile shall have NRC value of 0.50 (Minimum), light reflection > 85%, non- combustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity <0.043 w/mK.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing, fabricating & installation at site at all floors GI stud framing / G. I. Box section/ wooden in double/single skin partitioning/paneling for fixing Commercial plywood with laminate/marine ply, with natural veneer, and polished / Gypsum board etc. for partitioning / panelling comprising of the following complete as per drawings & specification. The cost includes for providing openings for electrical wiring & switches etc. complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing Hard wood frame work for panelling consisting of battens (50mm x 25mm) @ 600mm centre to centre on bothways securely fixed to wall with rawl plugs / screws and drilling necessary holes for rawl plug etc. including 12mm thick commercial ply fixed to frame with MS screws all complete with wood primer and wood preservative to wood surface complete as directed.

Providing and fixing Double face ply finish G.I. framing for low/Medium height partitioning with 50 x 50 mm box 20 gauge horizontally/vertically at 450 x 600 c/c securely fixed to the floor with vertical members tied with upper and top member including 8 mm thick commercial ply on both side fixed to box frame with MS screws. all complete with wood preservative to the wood surface complete as directed.

Providing & fixing 12 mm thick and 100 mm High, skirting of 2nd class teak wood on partition & panelling etc.duly polished with angular edges complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing 22 mm thick and 90 mm wide top/side rail fixed to partition top/sides in teak wood complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing & fixing storage unit at all floors having depth 450mm. The Top, bottom, side, front and shelves etc is made up of 18mm thick commercial board (Kitwood / Royal Bhutan / Euro tuff/Geo/ Bhutan Wood). The back shall be of 8 mm thick ply. The edges of Commercial board should be covered with 20 x 5 mm wooden margin duly polished. The outer surface shall be skinned with 1mm thick decorative high pressure laminated sheet ( Merino/Stylam /Green/ rotolam) in plain /wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with all internal areas with balancing laminate of 0.65 mm thickness of make ( GL/Starclick/Roca) . It includes wood leaping, CP multi Purpose lock of approved quality, SS handles (100mm long in SS hearline finish), Stainless steel butt hinges 3" x .5" x.75" , 100 mm tower bolt, Magnetic catcher double strip horizontal type, shelves as required with average vertical gap of maximum 400 mm , all complete as per the direction & satisfaction by Engineer-in-charge. (for payment purpose front area will be measured).

P/f fully laminated table of desired sizes with carcase made in 19 mm commercial board with double top/sides and single layer modesty skinned with 1.0 mm thick laminate all over the exposed area with all edges covered with wooden moulding ,modesty panel skinned with 1.0 mm thick laminate on both sides ,all complete as per entire satisfaction of E I C (NOTE: FOR PAYMENT PURPOSE ONLY TOP OF TABLE TO BE MEASURED )

Providing & fixing drawer unit having full lamination of size 400x500x600mm as per direction& satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) The carcase of drawer unit will be made 18 mm thick Commercial board & edge should be protected with wood margin of size 20 x 5 mm duly polished . It should be laminated with 1mm thick lamination on all exposed outer area with 1.0 mm decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain /wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish at inside area of Front drawers . b) Drawer shall be made with combination of 8 mm and 12 mm Pre laminated board , Drawer's sides/back/front shall be made in 12 mm Pre laminated ply of ht 100 mm for 1st upper drawer, 130 mm for 2nd drawer and of ht 225 mm for bottom drawer with 8 mm Pre laminated ply as base of all drawers , Drawers to be fixed to Front facia of 18 mm commercial board by screwing from inside . All drawers to be Hung on 450 mm long MS powder coated telescopic channels with 3 way locking system which locks all drawer in single time of make ( Ozone/ebco/godrej , all exposed Edges of Pre laminated ply to be covered with PVC edge bending tape handles (100mm long in SS hearline finish) is to fixed.

The drawer unit shall skinned with 1mm thick decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain /wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish& having set of 4nos.all side movable and front lockable castors ,all complete (The height of drawer unit will be measured without caster).

Providing and fixing of metallic key board tray complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Disposal of moorum/ building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain /wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. a) 1.0 mm thick

Providing and fixing at all floors Roller blinds of make Mac/Hunter Douglas/Aerolux/Vista all complete as per direction of Engineer.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.(i) For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead: (a)Of area 3 sq. and below

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :Water thinnable cement primer.

Taking out Existing glass partition and stacking the same to desired nearby location up to max lead of 10 metres

Refixing of Existing glass partition at new desired location with using old available hardware and old glass.

Providing and fixing 3M /Avery Make Scotchal Electro Cut Dusted crystal (Acid etched look-7725SE-314) / Frosted crystal (Sand Blasted look-7725SE-324) Graphic Film over the designated locations with wet applications at all floors in any design and pattern complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge. (No deductions shall be made for the blank areas in the pattern).

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick commercial block board medium density .exterior (Grade A) in cup board /racks etc fixed to frames, boarding or sliding with screws ,nuts etc complete as directed by EIC (frame to be paid Separately .

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). a) Sal wood

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. a) 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Extra for providing lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 25 mm minimum depth on all edges of flush door shutters (over all area of door shutter to be measured).

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
