Dismetaling existing cement concrete or brick granollithic floors i/c stacking of dismenteled material as directed by engineer incharge within distance 60M

Dismentaling brick work slab in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of matirials as directed by the engineer in charge.

Earth work in foundation in dry ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 meter and lead up to 30 meter and including back filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the structure and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth with removal and disposal or surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30M from the foundation trenches:(Building) (Per Cum)

Laying c.c. in 1:3:6 raito i/c lead & lift ,cost of all matirial, T&P etc. comp.

Brick (M-150) work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar with cost of material including T&P, labour, etc. as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and Laying RCC M20 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate) in foundation or slab or column or beam or wall including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc complete as required for proper completion of work.

Providing and Fixing steel reinforcement(TATA/ SAIL/ RINL/ JINDAL) including all cost of steel, binding wire, chairs, spacers etc for R.C.C. including bending, binding and placing in position with all cost of labour, T&P etc complete.

Ordinary Centering and shuttering of R.C.C. including rent of shuttering material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work for slab, lintels, sun shades, columns & walls etc complete.
