SPL REPAIRS/ CONVERSION OF LT OH LINES TO UG CABLES FOR PERIMETER SECURITY LIGHTS AND STREET LIGHTS INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSERVICEABLE/ RUSTED BROKEN PCC POLES WITH TUBULAR POLES AND CONNECTED WORKS AT NLP UNDER GE 872 EWS

Amount

Dismantling/taking down old aluminium steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor of any size from HT/LT overhead line including all jumper etc and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for reuse in the work (if any) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling LT Stay assembly, of any size and unserviceable materials removing from the Site(s), complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (a) Unserviceable Stay assembly shall be taken off/dismantled at Ground Level and making good disturbed ground surface. (b) Earthwork for demolition of cement concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Items of this Schedule.)

Dismantling of insulators of any type from LT poles of any size and type and setting aside complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside serviceable materials for re-use with in 50m and removing unserviceable materials from site of work incluidng demolition of PCC foundation and taking out base plate etc complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling of unserviceable broken LT RCC poles/Strut any size including demolition of foundation as required and making good disturbed surface complete all as directed. (Note : Earth work wherever invloved shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking down street light fittings/flood lights of any type any capacity from existing pole after disconnecting all electrical connections and keeping serviceable fittings in safe custody for re-use at site and unserviceable fittings removing from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, trenches for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.5 metre wide and exc. 1.5 metre & not exc. 3 metre depth (beyond the first 1.5 metre) for foundation of poles etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning with clean dry sand in trenches for protection of under ground cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment)

Supply and laying locally available best quality, well burnt sub class B bricks (old size), laid dry in trenches for protection of UG cables complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring of horizontally holes by manual method under road/pavement, hardstanding etc for inserting GI pipe etc dia of hole not exc 100mm without damaging the exsting road etc, getting out and disposal of excavated soil, etc to a distance not exc. 50 meter from the site of work complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F 32 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings laid in trenches as in protection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 40 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings laid in trenches as in protection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 32 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors as in protection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 40 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors as in protection pipe complete all as specified and directed. taking out existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 2 core, fixing along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor of through walls etc jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 4 core, fixing along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor of through walls etc jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core, fixing along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor of through walls etc jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 4 core, fixing along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor of through walls etc jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core, fixing along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor of through walls etc jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid seperately)

Supply, Install, Commissioning and testing LT cubical type panel board, CPRI approved factory made, outdoor type, suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 Wire system, 50 Hz supply having aluminium bus bar, 400 Amps for phases and neutral install on porcelain/ epoxy insulators, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, Dust and vermin proof, weather proof (IP54), powder coated with front and rear openable door shutter with seperate hinge door with locking arragnement, totally enclosed type including PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 foundation of suitable size, and internal wiring with copper conductor cable complete including taking down/dismantling existing panel board all as specified and directed comprising with the following items: (A) Incomming: (i) MCCB 160 Amps, 4 pole, 36 KA, 415 Volts with thermal magnetic adjustable type: - 01 No (ii) On load Chageover switch (front operated) open execution 125 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts - 01 No (iii) Digital multifunction meter showing voltmeter 0 to 500 Volts, Amp meter 0 to 200 Amps - 01 Set (iv) LED pahse indicator lamp -03 Nos (B) Outgoing (for 05 NOs outgoing): (i) MCCB, 4 pole, 63 Amp, 16 KA, 415 Volts with thermal magnetic adjustable type: - 03 Nos (Note: (i) Panel shall be of factory made and CPRI approved (ii) External terminals with tinned copper has to be provided for trimming the incoming and outgoing cables with suitable lugs of MCCB/MCB (if required) (iii) Necessary excavation and earth work for foundation shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate)

M & L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected with galvanised earth strip of size 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers protected by 40mm bore light grade GI pipe, funnel with 20mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering, wire mesh, including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, with 40 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. S & F Shock Proof, Rust Proof, Fire Retardant, Non-trasperant, Kiosk, Pole box of size 310mmx210mmx120mm, IP 65, made of Engineering Plastic one piece mopulding, outdoor type, heavy duty with 04 Nos insulated aluminium Bus bar of 60 Amps capacity, mounted on unbreakable insulators, MCB SP, 10Amps complete with aluminium lugs of suitable size suitable for LT cable upto the size 16/25 Sqmm including 02 Nos flat iron 40x3mm clamps with suitable size of mild steel bolts, nuts & washers etc and duly painted on both sides with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed directed. (Make : HENSEL or equivalent model of make as per list of manufacturer)

S & F Three core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper flexible conductor cable, 1100 vols grade ISI marked of size 1.0 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Street light bracket fabricated out of 32mm bore GI tubing, light grade, 1.5m long with one side arm type and along with 02 sets of suitable size of flat iron clamps and nuts, bolts & washers to fix the bracket on steel tubular pole and including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Street light bracket fabricated out of 32mm bore GI tubing, light grade, 1.5m long with two sided arm type and along with 02 sets of suitable size of flat iron clamps and nuts, bolts & washers to fix the bracket on steel tubular pole and including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F street light fittings, LED, 60 Watt, New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LED as lighting source and Toughened glass having Bottom Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 and all accessories including mounting clamps, bolts, nuts and washers and connections complete all as specified and as directed. Fixing only serviceable street fittings as obtained from taking down/dismantling and connecting the same complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and providing 03 Nos band/strap with black/yellow colour paint 300mm apart from the plinth block, numbering of pole painting embedded portion of pole with one coat of black bitumenous paint complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for Stay assembly complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 of MES Schedule Part I dia of stay rod 20mm with and including 7 / 3.15 mm galvanised stay strand complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Loop insulator, excavation & earthwork and cement concrete measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.)

M & L for loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green of overall dimension 65 x 90 mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.
