Bulk/Full quantity of this tender is restricted to be procured from RDSO approved sources only for RDSO item ID 3100389 and Sub Item ID 3100389011 (Brake Cylinder Assembly -355,300) OR Item Id 3100410 {Graduated Release Compressed Air Brake Equipment for Freight Stock (Wagon Set)} only. Clause No. 2.5.1 of GCC attached herewith may be referred to for full details. Developmental order may be placed on firm as per clause no.2.5.1 of SER Instructions to Tenderers and General conditions of Tender w.e.f 16.05.2025. Status of approval will be considered as on the date of tender opening only as per clause 2.5.1 of SER Instruction to Tenderers & General conditions of Tender w.e.f 16.05.2025.

The Authorised dealers must upload tender specific authorization in proper format preferably as per Annexure-4 of GCC attached with the tender failing of which their offer will not be considered as valid offer and summarily be rejected. No back reference will be entertained.

Procurement of the item is restricted to Class I local suppliers only (minimum local content- 50%). Public procurement (Preference to Make in India) is applicable as per para 29.0 (29.1 to 29.4) of GCC attached.
