Surface excavation n-exc 30 cm deep and average 15cm deep and getting out hard/dence soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum or red bajri filling in layers of 15 cm thick (compact thickness) spread, levelled and rolled and consolidated with 8 to 10 tones power roller including watering as in road side berms , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 150mm thick soling (or sub base )with brokern boulders or quarried stone,inter stices filled surface formed and rolled and consolidated required gradient and camber with power roller of capacity 8 to 10 tonne, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 cm thick (compacted thickness) water bound (WBM) with granite, trap or basalt coarse stone aggregade of grading 1 (93 to 40mm size granite trap of basalt) spread,rolled of capacity 8 to 10 ton and consolidation to required gradient and camber,complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushs for removing caked mud etc sweeping unsurfaced waterbound macadam with brooms finally fanning the cleaned surfaced with gunney bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bitumenous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) contents by weight total mix (Design Mix), mixed in hot plant and laid with mechanical paver,rolled and compacted with power roller to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm, not exceeding 50 mm deep, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10Kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam using bitumen 4% (VG-30) by weight of total mix and mixed in hot mix plant, laid/rolled and compacted to rquired gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair's cat eye made of aluminium alloy shell and cleat PC cover of size 132x122x75mm (including back metal handle) both side reflector ,battery 1.2v 1400 Ma recharble Ni-CD battery,solar pan 0.4Wm light source 6pc super bright LED, colours red , green and blue, water proof grade IP>67,bearable weight over 29 tonne and to be fixed with epoxy resin adhesive after cleaning the road surface , complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches , n.exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in for foundation or shafts, wells,cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 5 m in depth getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum filling 100mm thick in layers n.exe 10 cm thickness spread, levelled, watered and rolled with 8 to 10 ton power roller , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregade) as in foundation filling and mass concrete , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick cement concret type B2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded stone aggregade) as in sub base of flooring , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation etc including watering and consolidation , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conformed to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade , complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2 mm thick, white/yellow hot thermoplastic road marking paint, confirming to BS standards 3262 with 20% of glass beads (intermixed) applied with manually operated machine suitable for hot application at desired temperature, painting as in strips (continuous or breaking) ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where as directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point , complete all as specified and as directed.
