Providing and laying compacted 50 mm thick dense graded bituminous macadam ( DBM) grade-2 in single layerusing 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average outout of 75 tonnes per hour, tack coat at the rate of 5.00 kg/ 10 m2 of in each using crushed aggregates of specificed grading premixed with bituminious content @ 4.5% (VG-40) by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostic paver finisher with sensor control with minimum road width or as directed by engineer incharge to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MORT& H specification etc complete in all respect. The agency shall have to get the mix design done from approved laboratory and submit to the engineer incharge for approval. If the asphalt( bituminious) content is more than above, the agency have to bare the cost of additional asphalt. The payment shall be done on the permissible fiels density achieved on the site insted of density derieved in the mix design. (assume density-2.30gms/cum)

Providing and laying 40 mm thick Bituminious Concrete using crushed stone aggregate BT chips as per required gradation and using asphalt VG-40 grade as a tack coat at the rate of 2.50 kg/ 10 m2 and the VG-40 grade asphalt at 5.4% (i.e.54 kg/MT) by weight of total mix hot laid process using batch mix plant including heating and mixing asphalt & materials by drum mix process transporting the mix and laying by paver finisher including consolidation with vibratory roller & PTR including cost of material labour machinery equipment and fuel, oil, lubricant for plant and machinery using contractors own plant and machineries etc complete.The agency shall have to get the mix design done from approved laboratory and submit to the engineer incharge for approval. If the asphalt( bituminious) content is more than above, the agency have to bare the cost of additional asphalt.
