M/L for repair of wooden Cushioned Chair (Visitor/Study/Dinning) including change of Fabric, rubber cushion, foam etc. of approved colour, shade & quality including necessary hardware & spirit polishing on wooden surfaces etc. all complete all as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

M/L for P/F of PU Arm of revolving chair with necessary hardware etc. all complete all as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

M/L for repair of any type of chair with welding work such as welding of broken pedestal, base, central lever, legs, arms, and painting to match the existing finish etc. all complete all as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

M/L for taking out damaged wheels of revolving chairs and providing & fixing new wheels of approved quality & size i/c necessary hardware etc. all complete all as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of chair base made of nylon PVC base 600 mm size having 5 nos. of branches of best quality including labour and material etc all complete to the approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for taking out of old damaged shokers of reolving chairs including replacing the new shokers of approved quality and size including necessary hardware etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charg.

M/L for minor repairs of tables including change of sunmica top of approved colour & quality etc. all complete all as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

M/L for supply of 8mm thik plain glass sheet on table top, including cut of shape, edges rounded and polished grinding etc all as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

M/L for S/F of 3 mm thick looking mirror in hat and cane stand all as per direction of engineer-in-charge

M/L for taking down old/damaged blinds and S/F of double layer roller blinds zebra type of approved make & shade including aluminium holow circular pipe, roller mechenism, side endcaps, brackets, including all necessary fittings etc all complete.

M/L for taking down old/damaged blinds and P/F of new blinds 100mm wide of approved colour & shade including all fitting/fixture etc. All complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of synthetic door mat of approved shade, colour & quality.

M/L for 2 or more coats of varnish over wood surface of approved brand (Copal/Spar) with malamine finish after scrapping sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. Complete to the approval of Engineer-in-charge.

M/L for replacement of old damaged carpet and providing & laying of loop pile carpet of approved make & quality of prepared surface with approved synthetic adhesive etc. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Credit for old retrieved materials shall be considered which shall become contractor's property.

Minor repairing & M/L cleaning of carpet / doormats / curtains by vaccum cleaner and dry cleaning by using approved chemical/ditergent etc. All completed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

M/L for taking out old/unserviceable handle of steel almirah and P/F new handle of approved make for steel almirah etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
