Outsourcing services related to 3x25 TR Central Air Conditioning Plant at Signal Exchange round the clock with the help of operator (FGM having ITI qualification) all days including Sunday & holiday in three shifts per day (Each shift of 08 Hrs such as 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs amd 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs, ), and routine maintenance such as clenaing of AC Plant, Motors, cooling tower, Chiller Units, tightening of nuts and bolts of foundation, cleaning of out side surrounding upto 5 Mtrs all around the plant building including maintaining the plant log sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Notes for Item No. 1 (a) Operator should be an ITI holder in respective trade having experience in operation. (b) Contractor will arrange proper uniform to operator with company tag and name plate of operator also provide life insurance for the operator. (c) Contractor will make well arrangement of office such as chair, table and table cloth.
(d) Contractor will provide printed log sheet of AC plant, attendance register, payment register etc as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (e) Contractor will ensure that all required tools are available on site. (f) Contractor will ensure daily cleaning of AC plant, DG set, LT panel and maintain notice board and reflect all safety chart. (g) Contractor will maintain notice board and reflect all safety chart. (h) Contractor will ensure that all duty person have security pass when enter in restricted area. (j) Contractor will responsible to improve the environment of installation as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (k) Contractor will provide mobile phone to communication with staff. (l) Contractor will ensure first aid kit and safety instructions on site. (m) Contractor will ensure that all the operators employed by him should be well aware of standing orders and fire fighting instructions. (n) Cost of note (b) to (m) shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (o) Contractors shall adhered to payment of fair minimum wages as Govt circular issued from time to time including payment of contribution towards ESI & EPF in any case irrespective of quoted rate.
