WORK SERVICES FOR SHIFTING OF AFNET SITE-II AT AF STN SIRSA UNDER GE (AF) SIRSA

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 300 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 250 KVA, including cable as per site requirement from transformer to panel and panel to stabilizer complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Supplly installation and testing of Isolation transformer 250 kva as per IS 2006 copper winding oil cooled 50 Hz + 2% 3 Phase with Input PN-220, PP-440 and out put PN-230 and PP-415 and EN voltage less than 1 Ohm including with 1 year warranty including all necessary connection plint as per manufacturer recommendation with cable joints as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested (prototype having been CPRI type test certified), Outdoor LT Panel, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars of 600 Amps rating, installed on polymer insulators. The bus bars should be covered with colour coded (depending on the phase) heat shrink sleeve. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6mm thick angle iron frame work, externally and internally powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with two layers of Sheet Metal Cover (should have one set of doors on inside and one set of doors outside), capable of withstanding snow and rain at installation site with maintainence proof design, with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provision of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys, having one chamber with door for each MCCB, having two empty chambers for future use, internal wiring 2.5 Sqmm with PVC insulated, solid copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size incl the provision of space to accommodate the under mentioned items. The cable coming in and out of the Panel will be laid in specially made PCC/ Brick Masonry Trenches/ Ducts of 30cm x 30 cm with sand cushioning till top and RCC/ Cast Iron lid cover for the trenches. The scope of work includes the following:-

(a) Incoming:- (i) MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts AC grade, 400 Amps rating and 36 KA rupturing capacity complete with microprocessor based OL protection - 01 No. (b) Outgoing:- (i) MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts AC grade, 250 Amps rating and 35 KA rupturing capacity complete with microprocessor based OL protection - 01 Nos. (ii) MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts AC grade, 100 Amps rating and 35 KA rupturing capacity complete with microprocessor based OL protection - 03 Nos (c) Digital volt meter 3 phase class1 Make HPL NPAMEBRITV31 - 01 Nos. (d) Digital ammeter 3 phase class1 Make HPL cat No NPAMEBRITA31 - 01 Nos (e) Indicator lamp R Y G B Make Havells -01 set (f) Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crushed stone , 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class `B', old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45cm above the nearest road/ ground/ floor level. (g) LCD Multifucntional panel type energy meter, with tamper detection, output for data savingand data logging Model Secure Elite 440 series or equivalent in L&T/ HPL - 01 Nos (h) Secure 3Phase, 1 Element, 4 Wire 440 V Digital Power Factor Meter - 01 Nos (j) Current Transformers & Potential Transformers - As required (k) Schematic Drawing Plate, Rivetted to the panel - 01 No Note:- (i) All out going feeders shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands. (ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint.

Supply and laying installation Heavy Duty XLPE armoured HT CABLE 95X3 SQMM with excavation sand and Bricks inclduing all necessary connection, joints and Joints Kits Lugs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Supply, laying and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grrade cross sectional area 300 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Supply, laying and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grrade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5 mtr wide and not exc.1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, stay assembly and laying of LT/HT cable as in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Material and labour sand (dry river sand) cushioning to underground cables 8 cm below the cable before laying and 15 cm above the cable after laying, complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc.50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 35 to 120 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Supply and fixing of 40 mm bore Galvanised steel tubing light grade for protection of under ground cable on poles / walls under road crossing etc conforming to IS-1239 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying sub class `B` bricks laid dry flat transversely along the length of cable with width equal to the length of bricks over sand cushioning as protection cover of cable laid complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11kV, 800Amp, 21kA, Outdoor (with IP54) type extensible 3-way SF6 gas insulated RM+E11U , floor mounted with copper bus bar Compact Distribution board consisting of 01Nos incoming VCB and 2 Nos outgoing VCB and 01 air insulated metering. The extensible bushing should be at the top of RMU through bolted connection for ease of coupling. No plug-in type bushings are acceptable. All live parts, bus bars, VCB will be enclosed a single tank (Minimum 3 VCB in a single tank) in robotically Stainless steel tank filled with SF6 at 1.4 bar with IP class IP 67, leak rate less than 0.1% and tested for Internal arc 21kA/1-sec as per latest IEC 62271-200. The Compact Switchgear should be of IP54 degree of protection such that the main enclosure door should cover complete front part including front cover and cable covers. The earthing bus bar should be of copper. The earthing bus bar shall be provided in each cable compartment and throughout the length of Switchgear. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

(D) Additional equipment delivered separately or mounted in respective panel. All suitable material for interconnection of units. Manometer - 1 Nos Operating handle - 1 No Set of terminal protector boots for each module - 1 Set Coupling of RMU and Metering module should be with the help of Bolted type arrangement, so that the coupling at site shall be easy. Plug-in type bushing shall not be acceptable. Minimum 3 module should accommodate in one tank to avoid multiple coupling at site.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type, 4 pole mounted step down transformer, 11 KV/415 Volts (at full load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz, 150 KVA capacity, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil Natural- Air Natural (ON AN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-11 with Neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at + 2.5% & + 5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree Celsius. The transformer shall be BEE star rated as per IS 1180 and be provided with suitable overhead Galvalum Sheeted roof for rain protection. The transformer shall have atleast 24 months (working period) of warranty.

Supply and fixing of AC Box 20 Amps with SPN MCB metallic plug & socket complete with all accessories as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of 240V, 10 KA B Curve MCB of single poles and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 Amp, in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for submain wiring with two single core of 6 mm and one single core of 6 Sqmm as earth wire with multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC (FRLSH) insulated unsheathed cable (1100 Volts) grade drawn through in non metallic rigid (ISI Marked) PVC conduit concealed in wall of suitable size and the conduit accessories complete including making good the distrubed surface to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: 2 Run of mainwire and 1 Run of earth wire shall be measured and paid as unit length.

Supply and fixing of Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick coloured,having pitch 190mm depth 29mm and tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with aluminium selftapping screws of size 50/75mm and aluminium washers of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Material and labour for for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide and over 10cm in width or girth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Material and labour for Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor, pavings, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Material and labour for 150 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in path/Hardstanding, finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Material and labour for Framed work E 410 -W (GdeE- 250) qualityA Fe as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Material and labour for Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and inclding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 09mm dia or securing with clip, complete all as psecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joints etc, in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams etc including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
