Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 min width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides andramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed. (in all kinds of soils).

P/L Stone solling of Specified size duely hand packed incl. all carriages and loading/unloading.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 ratio excl cost of centering shuttering and carraige all work in foundation using coarse sand and 40mm nominal size aggregates complete job

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 ratio excl cost of centering shuttering and carraige all work in foundation using coarse sand and 20mm nominal size aggregates complete job

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of the same for foundatons.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick plywood of approved make and quality, conforming to relevant IS specifications, on wooden/steel framework (Frame to be made with available wood) using approved screws, nails, adhesives and other necessary fixtures, including cutting, fitting, finishing, making openings wherever required, and all incidental works complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 10.2.2 Welded

Providing and fixing imported seasoned wood framework for gable to support CGI sheet roofing/cladding, including cutting, planning, jointing, fixing with approved nuts, bolts, screws, holdfasts and other necessary hardware, applying wood preservative treatment, and complete in all respects.

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter withbitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled withwhite lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats ofapproved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch inhorizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2
