Dismantling and removing old cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep including stacking the useful materials for re-use and removing the debris within 50mtr lead etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

2.5cm thick grading plaster in cm (1:2:2) for brick work including racking out of joints with watering curing all cost conveyance labour T & P require for the work etc complete as direction of EIC

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) in finished smooth to surface of brick walls after raking out joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting Two coat over a coat with approved paint on new work with any approved paint on iron work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and T&P required for the work etc. complete including cost of paint ( paint of approved quality will be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.) etc. complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on old work to give an even shade exculding cost of distemper etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer -in Charge.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Cement based wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Chequered tiles in floors on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement :4 Sand) and filling joints white cement of approved quality etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing rain water down pipe with necessary bend shoes and heads including cost of 75mm dia earthen pipe clamps and nails etc with all cost conveyance taxes of all the materials required etc completed as per dircetion by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of hard soil in foundation within initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm. To 7cm. and layng in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth with ordinary compaction by PRR including hire & running charges of PRR and royalty etc. complete asper specification & direction of the Engineer in charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth including quarring ,collecting, conveying, supplying sand and watering incuding cost conveyance roylaties taxes of all materials and labour etc complete as per direcation by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) with hard granite hand broken metal of approved quality of 4cm size from approved quarry including hoisting and laying concrete, watering and curing, centering, shuttering and finished the exposed surface, smooth including all cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of materials and labour T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) using Fly ash brick of size 25cmx12cmx 8cm of crushing strength not less than 35kg/cm2 in Foundation& plinth etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) using Fly ash brick of size (23cmx11cmx8cm)of crushing strength not less than 35kg/cm2 in Superstructure etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Rrinforced Cement Concrete M20 using 12mm size BHG chips including cost, conveyance, royalities taxes of all materials etc complete Column base
