Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar of any description including quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for brick work with Cement Mortar 1:6 using sub class 'B' bricks,old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

ditto - all as per Slr item no 2 above but except bricks

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubing down with water etc up to 10m height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement in three storey bldg complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for applying two coats of oil bond destember over one coat of birla white wall care putty on newly plastered surfaces (internal) of walls/ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces(external) of walls including preparation of new surfaces up to height of four storey bldg ,including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..

Complete removal exising treatment from old surface of wall (including grit plaster surfaces) by scrubbing with hard brushing, brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smook soot mould moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots as applicable and washing with water & applying two coat cement base paint over one coat of primer on old plastered surfaces of walls up to hieght of four storey bldg ,including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..
