Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50mm and not exc 100mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or dry and pointed complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness etc below or above ground level incl floor, hearth, tiles if any and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of PCC block masonry built in cement mortar all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with waters on any surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat of bitumen emulsion (RS-1, grade confirming to IS :8887 at 3.00 kgs/10Sqm), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (Including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as speciifed and directed .

Preparing unsurfaced WBM/WMM layers by burshing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as speciifed and directed .

M&L for Providing and consolidating 50 mm thick premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM Grading-II) using min 4.5% VG-30 grade binder by weight of total mix, aggregates gradation as per Grading 2 Table 500-10 of Morth specification for road and bridge works 2013, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying, rolling to achive and desired compaction all as specified and as directed.

Preparing black top surface by burshing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of cationic bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) confirming to Is:8887 at the rate of application of 0.2-0.3 Kg/Sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of Morth specification for road and Bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface all as specified and as directed .

Bituminous premix SDAC 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (Paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix as in semi dense asphaltic concrete , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour for preparation of new or previously treated surfaces to receive thermostatic paint laying of road marking with hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorizing glass beads on Bituminous surface, 2.5mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-1997. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off trafic from work, cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when traffic is light. 2. The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing any signs of scratch marks or surfaces underneath, if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment until the desired result is obtained.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

M&L 100 mm thick Moorum/red bajri filling as in road berms or paving’s as in berms, spread, levelled and rammed including watering etc complete all as directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone / boulders of guage n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in sub base of foot paths, pavements etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for glossy finished, polished chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and no pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, including screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, 20mm thick, in flooring, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete type block masonry (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid block exc10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping etc , rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/block masonry or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel of 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

M&L for Pre - cast RCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in cover slabs set in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for applying a prime coat of cationic Bitumen Emulsion RS1 confirming to IS-8887 at the rate of application of 0.7-1.0kg /sqm on surface of WMM / WBM as specified in table 500-3 of MORTH specification for Road and bridge works 2013 using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.
