Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with fly ash bricks, Straight or curved onplan exc 6m mean radius,built in 1:6 in cement mortar all as Specified and Directed

M & L for brick work with sub class "B" brick (old size) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 to any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall and to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall and to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall applying two coat of white wash over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

Dismanting of existing sunken floor treatment incl plaster and removal of all debris and M&L for water proofing treatment on existing sunken floor/wall with the following specification and sequence complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Chrg (a) Cleaning the internal surface areas thoroughly so that they are free of all contaminants like dirt and laitance & to remove all the loose materials by various mechanical/manual means. (b) Removal of all surface Imperfections, protrusions ,loose concrete & filling of cracks using Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP Modified Mortar in the ratio Cement: Sand (1:4) and 5% by weight of cement. (c) Providing and making fillets at the junction of the walls and the slabs using cement mortar of 1:4 mix admixed with 5 % of DR. FIXIT URP by weight of cement. (d) Applying two coats of elastomeric compound viz beck bond WPC-30/Master coat IRC over one coat on neat primer i.e. Super latex of Dr Fixit/Master bond of Conchem. (e) Laying protection plaster 15mm, in CM 1:4 admixed with STP/DrFixit diproof LW@200 ml per bag of cement.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of sunken floor etc and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick in plinth protection laid in panels and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in Sub base flooring 100 mm thick surface finished even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring 25 mm thick surface finished even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding etc (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring mirror finished 18-20 mm thick (each slab not less than 0.25 Sqm) over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar mirror finished 18-20 mm thick over cement base rendering laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M/L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectagular) dark/light colour shade polished,area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in floors over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick on vertical surface of wall of size not exceeding 0.36 sqm,as in dado/skitting including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved by GE 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles vertical surfaces area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sq m but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as skirting non skid ceramic tiles ncluding 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x200x7 mm thick coloured on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match , including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1 :4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado /skirting / risers to steps etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The size of tiles (except thickness) may be varied during execution without any price adjustment.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.
