Excavation for roadwork, trenches in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting by mechanical means up to 3 km to the embankment locations/ disposal areas wherever filling is needed in the proposed road sites and shoulders or any other areas within the airport premises with all lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :(a)1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 M-sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (i) 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Construction of subgrade embankment with available good earth including spreading the earth, dressing levelling providing camber grading with motor grader and consolidation with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity to achieve 98 % density at OMC including making good the undulation etc. as per technical specification and drawings for all leads and Lifts complete and directions of Engineer-in charge (cost includes all the above operations, water machineries etc but excluding cost of earth)

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth for all leads and lift within the airport premises

Consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Preparation of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, conforming to Technical specifications mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by mechanical transport to work site, for all leads and lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with mechanical means including neatly leveling & dressing on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher/ Mechanical Grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (Supplied in Bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per Technical specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 content shall be taken as 110 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler Material].

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (Supplied in Bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per Technical specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 content shall be taken as 120 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler Material].

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS1 grade conforming to IS:8887 on prepared surface of Granular Baseincluding clearing of surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The contractor shall quote his rates assuming quantity of bitumen emulsion as 0.70 Kg/Sqm. If the actual quantity of bitumen emulsion varies from the quantity assumed above, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of bitumen emulsion shall be done as per rate in actual supply voucher from nearest refinery at the time of execution. The rate of bitumen emulsion exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion (Rapid setting) complying with IS:8887, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit at the rate specified below, cleaning and preparing the existing pavement surface as per specifications complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. If the actual quantity of bitumen varies from the quantity specified, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of bitumen shall be done as per rate in actual supply voucher from nearest refinery at the time of execution. The rate of bitumen exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment. 0.20 Kg/Sqm on existing bituminous surface

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 900 mm dia. RCC pipes.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Hiring of JCB for removal of Bushes/levelling of Heaps etc., as and when required as per the direction of EIC. The rate includes the cost of hire and Running charges of JCB, including driver, fuel, transportation of the JCB to and from the site of operation and any other incidental charges all complete as directed by EIC

Hiring of Truck (of minimum 6 Cum capacity) for disposal of Rubbish for all leads and lifts and as when required as per the direction of EIC. Rate The rate includes the cost of hire and Running charges of Truck, including driver, fuel, transportation of the Truck to and from the site of operation and any other incidental charges all complete as directed by EIC

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : Flush/ Ruled pointing

Providing and fixing 110mm dia PVC pipe (of 6 Kg/cm2) as weep hole arrangement in Masonry /RCC/CC walls to the full thickness of wall including packing the pipe with cement mortar etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer-In-charge.
