Construction of subgrade for 300 m depth by using picked material obtained from the existing surface by mechanial means and then adding 50% of deflect materials and the dust obtained from quarry with all its leads.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers , trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines , gades and cross section and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m

Construction of embankment using tactor with grader with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement .

Construction of subgrade and earthern shoulders with approved materials from borrow pits with all its lifts and leads ransporting to site and compacted to meet requirement .

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 301.50 (Gravel shoulder).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mecahnical means as per Technical specification clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface teated with primer cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503

20mm thick open -graded Premix Carpet Providing, laying and rolling of open- graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.20 mm to 5.60 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capapcity , finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or B or Type C as per Technical specification clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the sepcified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical specification clause 510

New Technology Zydex Improving subgrade using Terrasil and Zycobond

Laying and spreading available soil in the subgrade on a prepared surface, pulverising mixing the spread soil in place with rotavator with terrasil @0.6 kg/cum and Zycobond @ 0.6 kg/cum at optinium moisture content as per Technical specification

Waterproofing of the shoulder surface by spraying 1kg of terrasil and 1kg of Zycobond in tha ratio of 1:1:200 with potable water on the surface @ 3 lts/sqm . Complete job
