Construction of Subgrade with Stablization of Soil with 2% slaked lime Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads. transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead up to 1000 m as per Technical specification cause 303.1. including Stablization with 2% staked lime including its mixing with rotabator complete.

Construction of granular Sub Base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motar grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with 2% cement (OPC) with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel rollar to achieve the desired density complete as per technical Specification Clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC and 4% cement (OPC) in mechanical mixer (pug mill)-carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer in sub base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achive the desire density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc as per Table 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 405

Providing and applying tack coat with V.G.-10 bitumen using bitumen pressure dristributor @ 0.35kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat . Providing and laying seal coat Type-C sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using As per Technical Specification Clause 510

Excavation in foundation in B.C soil including lift up to 15 meter and lead upto 30 m (100 ft) and including filling, watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches.(S.I.No. 251)

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 Km from the site of work & including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I.No. 255)

Cement concrete with 4cm (1/2'') gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 1 : 4 : 8 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No.-281

Supply & Laying cement concrete pipe NP-3 600 mm dia (burried Conduits) on first calss bedding of granular material including fixing collar with cement sand mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation protection works, backfilling. concrete and masonary work in head wall and parapoets as per MORD specification no. 1100 sr no. 9.7 as per Data book item no. 9.70

Supply & Laying cement concrete pipe NP-3 350 mm dia (burried Conduits) on first calss bedding of granular material including fixing collar with cement sand mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation protection works, backfilling. concrete and masonary work in head wall and parapoets as per MORD specification no. 1100 sr no. 9.7 as per Data book item no. 9.70

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work.

12mm thick plaster on brick work minimum thickness not less than 10mm with 1part of cement and 4 part of find sand of 1.25 fineness modulus. As per SI. No.-584

Cement concrete with 20mm (1/2'') gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. 279(a).

Maintenance of Bituminous Surface Road and gravel of WBM road including filling pot hols and patch repair etc. restroration of rain cuts and dressing of side slop / berms making up of berms / shoulders maintenance of drain, maintenance of culvert, maintenance of guard rails and parapet, maintenance of road sign, speed breakers standing tree at adjacent of road wherever required maintenance of 200m stone (Hectometre) and kilometer stones, cutting of branches of trees, shrub and trimming of glass and weeds etc while washing of parapet including CD work, paiting of guard stones, refixing of displaced gaurd stone (As per Performance index Annexure-1) mentioned in GO No-17/2024/ sa-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113 /2023 dated 16-01-2024 & E-in-C Letter No-3689/C-OPRMC / MUL-2023-24 dated 17-02-2024 subjected to approval from Govt. Maintenance of 1st Year after completion of work @ 0% of total cost of PC Work
