Cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement five CS sand and Ten aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials labour for mixing, laying, compacting, curing, dewatering, side shuttering wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification

Brick work in Lime mortar 1:2 ( One lime two CS sand) using quality of second class country brick 8 3/4" X 4 1/2" X2 3/4" for foundation and basement including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with Lime mortar 1:4, ( One lime four CS sand) 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting two coats with approved quality of water based exterior emulsion paint including one coat of priming coat in cement plastered wall surfaces in all floor including cost of all materials brushess, etc., scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Scaraping the existing damaged lime plaster including clearing away from the site etc complete as directed by departmental officer

Restoration by providing water wash and appropriate methodology to restore the originalities of the existing cutstone structures inclusive of necessary scaffolding charges, conveyance and all hire charges for all tools and plants and clearing the site after completion of work etc., complete.

The rate shall include cost of all materials, taxes brushes scaffolding charges and labour charges for painting etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The make and colour of paint to be used should be gor approved by the departmental officers before use on works)

Supplying fixing of temple type door using teak wood for scantling and planks including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc complete.as directed by departmental officer

Painting two coats over new wood work with best approved quality synthetic enamel paint including a priming coat with ready mixed primer of approved quality including cost of primer etc. complete in all floors. The rate shall include cost of all materials, taxes brushed, scaffolding charges and labour charges for painting etc. complete complying with standard specification.
