1) Total value of forestry and other works executed and payments received in the last five years (in Rs Lakhs) Format 1 is enclosed in Tender notification. (2) To qualify for award of this Contract each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years achieved at least in two financial years a minimum financial turn over of Rs (usually not less than the two times of estimated annual payments in this contract) (3) satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of this contract, as a prime contractor for similar works such as of value not less than Rs (Specify the similar work).
