Taking up carefully ductile iron pipe/cast iron upto 200mm bore with,spigot and socketed ends,from trenches incluin all fittings and tyton push rubber joints and keeping aside for shifting relaying wihin 50 mtrs complete all specified and as directed. Note :1.Cutting of pipe shall be included in quoted rate 2.Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Material & Labours for properly cleaning and disinfecting clear water storage tank(Overhead RCC Reservoir) of capacity35000 gallon at 17-22 meter height from ground level by mechanised water storage cleaning nd disinfection process comprising six stage cleaning process as under:- (a) DEWATERING: Dewatering the tnk with portable submersible pumps of adequate capacity. (b)SLUDGE REMOVAL: De-silting and removal of left over dirty water/sludge/mud with spcially designed sucking unit non clogging pump for sludge removal. (c)HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING AND SCRUBBING: Cleaning of walls,ceiling and floor by high pressure water jet mixed with detergent/cleaning agent appropriate for tank cleaning having rotary as well as flat jets for effective cleaning of nooks,walls and corners and then scrubbing for sticky stain. (d) VACCUME CLEANING : Wet and dry vaccume cleaning for moping of all dirt paticles and residual sludge present in the reservoir by industrial vaccume cleaner.

Collection of sample from 5 Area pump house and send NABL authorised lab for checking of drinking water parameter an quality of water and submit the report to the office complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive repair/maintenance of 'Solar Hot Water System'(Flat plate collector) heat of capacity 200 LPD includes minor repair,cleaning inside and outside of Flat Plate Collector ,hot solar tank, cold water tank arresting the all leakage from pipe line and fittings incluing removing the lock and blockage of hot water line complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Flushing the bore well of size 80/100/250 mm dia 100 meter deep by means of air compressor of capacity not less than 650 CFM at 100 PSI pressure for not less till the clear water comes out complete all as specified and directed.

M/L in replacement of complete pump submersible type 1.5 HP match with existing motor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scrapping old paint from motor pump set upto 7.5 HP horizontalpump and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and sade paint as directed by eng-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting the defective 7.5 HP centrifugal pump from the electric motor and suction/delivery pipe lines,taking down from the foundation,shifting the pump to workshop for repairing/servicing,dismantling the pump complete,replacement of defective parts as required,cleaning of all parts incl lubrication/greasing etc,reassembling and shifting back to original site, reinstalling and making all connections incl testing for satisfactory working complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts shall be measured an paid separately under respective item 26.01 to 26.03 here in below. New joints of suction/delivery blines shall be meaured and paid separately.

Dismantling and taking up submersible motor pump set 10 HP, 3 phase with connected column pipes of size 80 mm from the tube well after disconnecting the electric connection, shifting to same or other work spot for repair involving replacement of motor parts, wiring, back to site after repair and lowering the motor pump set including replacement of rubber washers, nuts, bolts, washers and fixing electrical connections as required at site. (Supply of spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item no 27.01 to 27.04 here-in below ) and testing on load, complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Kirloskar, CG or any make as per site.

(a)Supply only SS impeller suitable for 10 HP submersible pump set – 7 to 10 stage as per manufacturer’s design.

(b) Supply only shaft sleeve suitable for 10 HP submersible pump set.

(d) Rerating of shaft, turning, grinding as per the required size and polishing required as per site condition.

Supply only UPVC column pipe with socket 80mm bore made of heavy grade for submersible pump set, 9.80 mm end thickness and 7.3mm barrel thickness,outer dia 87.5mm, 3 meter long, duly socket joints complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for opening of submersible motor capacity 10 HP, 3 phase taking out burnt winding carefully, cleaning of slots including rewinding of same with PVC insulated copper cable of appropriate size matching with manufacturer design, including replacement of insulated materials such as glass paper, insulated sleeves, varnishing, drying up as applicable, re-assembling complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out and lowering after repair submersible pump set and motor from the borewell including disconnection and reconnecting of electrical connections and dismantling column pipes,taking out civil workshop at own expense for repair/ overhauling of submersible pump set for replacement defective parts, replacement of worn out spare parts, assembling, connecting and testing capacity upto 2 HP as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rewinding of pump and new column pipes shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M & L for opening of submersible motor capacity 1 HP / 2 HP , 1 phase, taking out burnt winding carefully, cleaning of slots including rewinding of same with PVC insulated copper cable of appropriate size matching with manufacturer design,including replacement of all old insulation materials such as glass paper, insulated sleeves, varnishing, drying up as applicable, re-assembling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replacement Ball Brass Valves 20 mm dia high pressure with polyethylene ball float and flynut complete screwed for connection to iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of 500 ltrs wall mounted PVC water tank. Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I, complete all as specified and directed.
