M & L for sub main wiring along with earth wire drown through PVC case & caping for split type A/Cs with FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed multi stranded copper single core cable of size 2 x 2.5 sqmm and 1 x 2.5 sqmm for earth wire including taking down old wiring all as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring along with earth wire drown through PVC case & caping for split type A/Cs with FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed multi stranded copper single core cable of size 2 x 4.0 sqmm and 1 x 4.0 sqmm for earth wire including taking down old wiring all as directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and socket complete with one single pole MCB 240 volts, 20 Amps

M & L for servicing of split type AC of capacity 1.5/2 TR of any by opening the condenser unit fixed on roof top and cooling unit fixed inside the building, and cleaning the complete condenser unit and cooling unit including fins, blower fan motor and checking and testing of all parts for its serviceability, oiling/greasing to condenser cum blower fan motors, remore replacing worn out rubber, bushes/rubber packing, rectification of unusal noise, checking of refrigerant standing pressure, replacement of minor parts such as nut/bolt washers etc and reassembling of complete AC including testing for smooth functioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Spare parts will paid in relevant item here in after:-
