Proposed Saralgaon Indl. Area Survey and Demarcation Development of New Indl. Area Proposal for carrying out GIS-Based Drone and DGPS-RTK Topographical Survey for Saralgaon Indl. Area, Murbad.

Conducting topographical ground /land survey I the specific areas by drone, covering details of physical features (Rivers Nallah, Lake, Pond, Forest, Fruit tree, forest tree, Farm pouds, wells, farmer house.etc) and cultural information (Roads, culverts, transmission lines, telegraphs, telephones and electric poles, underground service, cross drainage works etc.) including recording spot levels at 5 m grid or /as specified, plotting and developing, topographical contour at 1 meter intervals or as specified by the engineer in charges, plotting true north including establishing survey reference stations including all equipment, instruments, personals etc. required to complete the work in all respects as directed by the engineer in charge including submission of field books and cad drawings and all other survey data as required by engineer in charge, using DGPS and submitting computerized points in cad drawing format, contour maps with cad drawings and five prints and loading data and drawings on any machine or divisional office in approved software etc. (Rates excluding GST).

DGPS Data collection or observation on the permanent points along boundary / forest area for time period as specified by IBM or two hours, whichever is higher and submission of observation data. Establishment of Permanent Benchmarks and Ground control points as per the requirement of MIDC & direction of Engineer in charge.

Super imposing the Village Maps with Survey Numbers, Gat Numbers & Hissa Numbers etc on very HighResolution Ortho Image respectively with Geographical References. Geo referencing and Overlaying of all the Survey Data on Very High Resolution ortho Image with GIS & DGPS Survey method. Item includes all labour, material, software, machineries, etc complete., Preparation of GIS Maps as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Identification of Survey Numbers, Gat Numbers Etc. Submission of Maps as per the requirement of MIDC. Assisting MIDC for submission of data to various Departments (NHAI, RO, Revenue, Forest, PWD, TILR, Gram Panchayat Authorities, Irrigation Department, Town planning, Railways etc). Preparation of GIS Maps / Plans (with and without very High-Resolution Ortho Image). Submitting the Data in GIS file formats, Excel Files,Google Earth Kmz and Auto Cad Drawing files etc. Printing & Plotting the same and submitting 5 Sets of Hard copy & 2 Soft copy. Transferring the Data on Handheld Devices / Mobile for Site activities, Execution of the Project & better Coordination. Providing and Submission of Data as per the requirements of MIDC. Cleaning & Clearing the site while surveying (Rates excluding GST).
