Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2.0 Ton 5 Star (As per 2018 BEE Star Rating) High Wall Inverter Split Air Conditioner (Single Compressor, 1 Phase 230 Volt) Make: LLOYD Model No. GLS24I52WBEL or equivalent with minimum cooling capacity 6340W on top floor of 3 storeyed building. (Condenser Coil must be of copper materials) i/c copper gas pipes, cutting, drilling holes on the wall for passing gas pipe, fixing PVC Pipe on the wall through the holes and Cementing, Painting to give an even look and smooth finish, wrapping PVC Non adhesive white tape over insulation of gas pipe, etc., as required and as per the direction of E-in-C

Supplying and Installation of Voltage stabilizer 5 KVA, 170 - 270V Operation, 15A suitable for 2.0 Ton Air Conditioner similar to V-Guard Model VG-500 or its equivalent as required.

Providing and fixing of Pre-fabricated stand for keeping outdoor units of Split Type AC etc., as required

Wiring Wiring for circuit/ sub main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required a) 2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire

b) 4 X 6 sq. mm + 2 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

c) 4 X 10 sq. mm + 2 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

MCB & DB's Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) a) 6 way (4 + 18), Double door

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required a) 63 A

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. a)Triple pole and neutral

Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate in the existing MCB DB complete etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 4 Way MCB Sheet steel enclosure, phosphatised, powder painted with Din Rail for mounting MCB's (But without MCB's and incomer) as required.

Air Conditioner Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 4.0 Ton Floor standing Tower Air Conditioner (Single Compressor, 3 Phase 415 Volt) Make: LLODY Model No. GLT48B01AG or equivalent with minimum cooling capacity 13500W on top floor of 3 Storeyed building. (Condenser coil must be of copper materials) i/c copper gas pipes, cutting, drilling holes on the wall for passing gas pipes, fixing PVC pipe on the wall through the holes and cementing, painting to give an even look and smooth finish, wrapping PVC non adhesive white tape over insulation of gas pipe, etc., as required and as per the direction of E-in-C

Supplying and fixing of extra length of refrigerant copper pipes beyond 3 mtr included in Sl.No. 8 & 9 of following sizes (suction and delivery) for Tower / Split AC i/c providing electrical cables, insulation, extra gas charging and covering with PVC non adhesive tape over the insulation of refrigerant pipes to give smooth finish and as per the direction of E-in-C. a) Refrigerant Pipes of Sizes 3/4" & 1/2"

b) Refrigerant Pipes of Sizes 5/8" & 1/4"

Supplying and fixing of PVC casing- capping 100 x 100mm along with accessories in surface / recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required

Fabrication of stand with legs of required size using MS angle 40 x 40 x 6 mm etc duly painted for keeping indoor unit of 4.0 Ton Tower AC on floor as required.
