Bulk or full order will be placed on manufacturers or its authorized agents who are either registered with Railway for tendered item or who has successfully supplied tendered item or any inverter based LED lights to Zonal Railway/PU/CORE/PSU/Other Govt. Department ( with any revision of Specification/drawing or with different size) in last three financial year and current financial year up to date of tender opening. other conditions will be as per clause 1.1 of section II of attached NWR SBD

EMD condition: All bidder who are exempted to submit EMD as per Clause 3.1.1 of Section-I of NWR Tender document, are required to sign Bid Security Declaration as mentioned in clause 3.1.5. Submission of offer by such exempted bidders will be considered that they have signed the above bid security declaration. Bidders who are not exempted to submit EMD and bidders who are under disqualification for EMD exemption, are mandatorily required to submit EMD (online) as mentioned in Tender NIT.

The onus of uploading of requisite documents for capacity cum capability and past performance etc. along with their e-offer lies with the tenderers. In case the necessary documents are not uploaded by the firm then the offer is liable to be ignored.

This is a Railway specific item. Firm who are traders/authorized agents, are requested to indicate name and address of manufacturer works and submit the Tender Specific OEM AUTHORIZATION letter from their manufacturer on their letterhead along with the tender. Non- submission of valid Tender Specific OEM AUTHORIZATION letter will make their offer invalid and offer will be summarily rejected.

Test Report to be attached with offer : Following reports to be submitted along with offer:- Manufacturer/OEM from NABL lab test reports and performance report regarding: (1) LED of the fitting should be LM-79 and LM-80 Certified. (2) Ingress Protection of IP66. In case of non submission of above reports , the offer shall be summarily rejected.

Have Vendor attached Lab reports as specified in eligibility

Have vendor attached Past Performance as per eligibility condition.

Have vendor attached OEM authorization as per eligibility condition.
