Charpoy GI pipe with plywood top, FD-220

Dismantling of all members and U/S plywood top of charpoy GI pipe carefully and segregate the unserviceable members and stacking it, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Supply, cutting, threading of GI Pipe 32mm dia medium grade of size as specified for long rail, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Cutting, modifying and threading of the dismantled GI pipe 32mm dia long rail into short rail, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Cutting, threading and modifying of the dismantled GI pipe 32mm short rails into legs as specified in the drawings, providing flat iron clamps 25x3mm-2 Nos made of shape as shown in the drawing to welded in the GI Pipe legs to hold FMN Set, painted with black synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Supply only 3 way elbow of 32mm for charpoy GI pipe. The elbow shall not be less than 400 gms in weight with ISI Mark for GI pipe charpoy, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Supply only 32mm dia GI cheeknut for GI pipe charpoy, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed. .

Supply only 75mm length GI round headed bolt and nut with suitable cut washer, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing U/S steel flat iron stiffeners and supply and fix new steel flat iron stiffeners made out of 40x6mm and length not less than 0.91 mtr including painting the stiffener with 2 coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Re-assembling the GI charpoy with serviceable members obtained from item No 1.10 and new members made vide item Nos 1.20 to 1.80 above. Supply & fixing of 12mm thick BWR plywood (7 ply) of size 2.00 mtr x 0.91 mtr make as approved by GE. The edges of the plywood shall be finished with sand paper for smooth surface. The plywood top shall be fixed with 75mm length GI round headed bolt and nut with suitable cut washer as per existing arrangement (supplied under item 1.70 above) complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Cot tubular steel

Removing paint by scrapping down old painted surface carrying out repairs such as removing the dents and welding wherever required and applying one coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer on cot tubular steel, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed..

Removing the existing unserviceable cotton newar from the cot tubular and reweaving with new cotton newar of width 48mm, superior quality as approved in sample (14 rows length wise and 34 rows width wise), complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Charpoy IP hard top / Bed hard top, Drg No: FD/MAP/SD/07, FD/MAP-II/01, FD/E6/MAP/08 (R)

Scrapping down the rusted portion of Charpoy IP hard top / Bed hard top with sand paper smoothing the surfaces carrying out repairs such as welding wherever required and applying two coat of synthetic enamel black paint, over one coat of red oxide primer and removing the U/S PVC Bush and S&F new PVC Bush, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing U/S Ply wood from Charpoy IP hard top / Bed hard top and supply and fix 12mm thick BWR plywood and S&F suitable flat headed nuts and bolt including suitable Cut Washer, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Table bed side MAP

Removing the existing unserviceable top from Table Bed side MAP and supply and fix new top of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, bonded with formaldehyde with one side teak facing and balancing white on the other side as per existing shape, size and colour. 4mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided all round the top, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable side portion of Table Bed side MAP and supply and fix new side made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, bonded with formaldehyde with one side teak facing and balancing white on the other side with 4mm thick teak wood beading as per existing shape, size and colour, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable drawers of Table bed side MAP and supply and fixing of new drawers as per existing shape and size. Front portion of drawer shall be provided with 18mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, bonded with formaldehyde with one side teak facing and balancing white on the other side as per existing shade. Side portion and inside of the drawer shall be provided with 12mm thick commercial plywood and bottom shall be provided with 6mm thick plywood commercial. 100mm SS handle shall be fixed as per existing shade, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Almirah Large Steel FD-67(M),FD-1031, FD-1033, FD-351)

Removing the existing unserviceable Handle from Almirah large steel and providing New Handle Chromium plated of size 120mm matching with the existing one, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable Lock from Almirah large Steel and supply and fix New lock of 6 Lever for 3 way locking device with suitable keys of Chromium plated, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable damaged Legs of Almirah large Steel and providing new legs made out of 01mm MS Sheet, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable damaged Shelves of Almirah large steel and providing with new shelves made out of 01 mm MS sheet, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Chair CB Spl With Hand Rest FD-120

Removing the seat, back and hand rest of Chair CB Spl and welding the steel frame joints if required and cleaning the painted surface as directed and applying one coat of synthetic enamal paint, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Supply new seat frame made of 2nd class HW all as shown in drawing, the frame shall be polished and duly caned with superior quality Plastic cane as specified in drawig with suitable screws, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

All as per Item No. 8.20 above but for Back frame, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Taking off existing cane of seat frame cleaning the rebated portions, applying one coat of French polish and recanning of seat frame with new cane plastic, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

All as per Item No. 8.40 above but for Back frame, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Preparation of existing surfaces of hand rest by smoothing through sand papering and applying two coats of french polish, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge and fixing the seat, back frame and hand rest obtained from 8.20, 8.30, 8.40, 8.50 with 8.10, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Chair CB Tubular Steel With Arms FD-75(M)

Removing the existing broken/damaged wooden seat frame of chair steel tubular and S & F new 2nd class hardwood frame with suitable fully threaded screws and washers duly canned and french polish, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

All as per Item No. 9.10 above but for Back Rest, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing damaged plastic cane from seat frame of chair tubular steel with arms and recanning the same with plastic cane, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed..

Removing the existing broken/damaged wooden hand rest of chair steel tubular and S&F with new 2nd class teak wood hand rest including french polishing, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the faded out paint from chair steel tubular with arms by any means and painting the same with one coat of synthetic enamel spray paint of approved OG/Gray colour including fixing of new PVC caps/shoes, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Supply and welding of MS cleat of size 40x25x4mm thick Qty 4 Nos in each seat of chair. Each cleat shall be measured as one number, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.
