Laying of existing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured cable of following sizes on the existing M.S. tray/surface of wall with saddles/PVC thread screws etc. complete as required.(For package).(a) 4 x 16 Sq. mm. on cable tray clamped with 1mm thick saddle.

S/M end termination for the 4x16Sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed Aluminium conducter armoured cable of 1.1KV grade with brass compression gland and Aluminium lugs i/c crimping the aluminium lugs etc.as required (1Set comprising three lugs & one gland).

S/F 2 x 1.5Sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed Copper conducter armoured cable of 1.1KV grade on the existing cable trays /surface complete with its end terminations etc.complete as required.

Providing annuaciator control / alarm in the existing LT panel for the AC package system with necessary indications, contactors, fuses, relays thermostats, humidistats, sensing devices for:- (A) Audio Visual indication in case of following:- (a) Switch room tem. higher than pre set value 23C±3C. (b) Fire alarm, (c) Fire damper closer. (d) Fresh Air Fan fail. (B) INTERLOCKS:- (a) Stoppeage of A/C package in case operation of F/D alarm by provision of suitable contactors for tripping of package AC system.

S/F of suitable size volume control damper made out of 18 gauge GI sheet for making connection with the package etc complete as required.

S/F of suitable Size Canvas for making connection with the package etc complete as required.

S/f 4 core 16 sqmm PVC insulated armoured aluminiumr cable i/c making connection etc. complete as required.

Dismantlling of existing 7 TR Package A.C. unit with outddoor condensor unit I/c refrigerent pipeing, tray of Package AC unit from package unit for reuse etc.complete as required.

Shifting of existing Old Package AC indoor unit from Plant Room to outside the plant room etc.complete as required

Labour Charge for reinstallation of recovered Duct Damper Fire damber, Nut, Bolt, Bars, Gaskit, Fashner & canvas connection etc. complete as required.

ITC of Microprocessor based high precision Air cooled PAC type AC units i/c filling of exisitng refrigerant gas etc. complete as required.

Re-Installation of exisitng recovered copper refrigerent pipe size 7/8 & 5/8 with cutting, Gas breezing, copper elbo, copper shoket, saddling etc. complete as required.

Installation of exisitng recovered cable tray i/c painting etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of copper refrigerent pipe with saddling of following size etc. complete as required.(a) 7/8" (hot gas refrigerant pipe)

(b) 5/8" (cold gas refrigerant pipe)

Recharge of R-407 gas as per requirement including testing and commissioning etc.as required.

Leak testing of copper refrigreat piping (Section and Discharge line both) with the help of Nitrogen gas holding the pressure for 24 hours including breezing etc.complete as required.

S/f 4 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated flexible copper cable i/c pdg PVC glands and AL. lugs, making connection etc. complete as required. From indoor unit to outdoor unit)

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required. (a) 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

(b) 100 mm width x 50 mm depth x 1.6 mm thickness
