Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

DWC pipe conforming to IS:14930(Part-II)/IS16205 Part -II 77 mm outer dia 06 mtr each (Bar) in trenches crossing in drain etc. for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M- 7.5, (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, M-15, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in trenches, LT underground cable, XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 16Sqmm, 4 core, multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands,jointing materials etc., laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Necessary excavation shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of the BOQ .

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged poles erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6mm thick mild steel base plate(300mmx300mm), welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, and screws. Poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II Type 410 SP-37, 9.5mtr long including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bitumenous paint internally and portion embedded in concrete, making five black & white bands at lower portion of pole each 300mm wide alternately upto the height of 1.5 m and marking pole No. with black paint at suitable height including making two nos holes of suitable size in steel tubular pole by gas welding for passing PVC cable connection from junction box to security lights through pole where junction box to be fitted in pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Excavation, Earth Work and PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid for separately.

Boring of holes under roof, pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including GI pipe of 75mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- Supply only Armature coil, field coil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Supply only armature coil for self starter of any make, any capacity and any model 24 Volts including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting the oil cooler of capacity above 100kVA to 320KVA DG set of any make/ model from the existing locations duly removing of all mechanical connections and taking down the same for complete servicing, opening the parts and cleaning thoroughly by using suitable cleaning material and acid and reassembling including refixing in its original position, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting the oil cooler of above 320KVA and up to 625 kVA DG set of any make/ model from the existing locations duly removing of all mechanical connections and taking down the same for complete servicing, opening the parts and cleaning thoroughly by using suitable cleaning material and acid and reassembling including refixing in its original position, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Renewal/ replacement of existing unserviceable air cleaning element inner and outer with necessary ‘O’ rings for the DG sets of Upto 100 KVA capacity as that of existing make and model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge: - Make for item No.38 to 38.04: OEM recomended.

Remove the fuel injection pump from the engine, transport to an authorized service centre for service, calibration and to adjust by replacing the following un serviceable worn-out spares with new appropriate make minor spares including bringing back and refixing to the engine and tune up for maximum efficiency all as specified and as directed for DG set capacity above 63 KVA and upto 182.5KVA :- Note: Major spares required will be measured and paid seperately.

Self starter Motor, 24 volts, suitable for existing DG set above 82.5 KVA to 500 KVA capacity including making all necessary electrical/mechanical connection as per recomendation of OEM of DG Set & dismantling/taking out old unserviceable self starter Motor from existing position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- LUCAS or its equivalent make approved by OEM of DG set.

Self starter Motor, 12 volts, suitable for existing DG set capacity up to 82.5 KVA including making all necessary electrical/mechanical connection as per recomendation of OEM of DG Set & dismantling/taking out old unserviceable self starter Motor from existing position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- LUCAS or its equivalent make approved by OEM of DG set.

Disconnect the Radiator and kept aside safely and taking down the old unserviceable water pump from the existing engine of DG set any make/model, capacity up to 125 KVA supply and fixing of new water pump & kit,reassembling the same and refixing the pump to the engine of DG set, refixing Radiator and testing, including making all Electrical/mechanical connections,commissioning as per OEM recomendation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnect the Radiator and kept aside safely and taking down the old unserviceable water pump from the existing engine of DG set any make/model, capacity above 125KVA and up to 500 KVA supply and fixing of new water pump & kit,reassembling the same and refixing the pump to the engine of DG set, refixing Radiator and testing, including making all Electrical/mechanical connections,commissioning as per OEM recomendation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Fix & test run the DG set after replacing Diesel feeder Pump of existing model,size suitable for DG Set of capacity 125 to 625 KVA including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Fix & test run the DG set after replacing Diesel feeder Pump of existing model,size suitable to DG Set of capacity up to 125 KVA including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only High conductivity copper conductor winding material including necessary insulation material required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down defective Turbo Charger Assembly duly disconnecting the mechanical and electrical connections from for the following DG sets, opening and thoroughly checking to carry out repairs complete to the Turbo Charger Kit and spares as required at site including any mechanical and reassembling and refixing the turbo charger assembly to its original position and reconnecting the same including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:-

Dismantling & disconnecting all connection of the cylinder heads from diesel engine and sent to OEM authorised Service center for calibration and repairs by replacing the spares such as Valves, Value Guides, Valves seats and repairs kit and re-assembling to its original position with necessary Engine cylinder head gasket and O rings for the following capacities including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:-

DG Sets of capacity 7.5 KVA to 40 KVA.

DG Sets of capacity 40 KVA to 82.5 KVA.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth strip 32 x 6mm dia, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe medium grade 40mm bore from earth elelctrode to test point incl provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM sheet (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 6mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 8mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling test point with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and connection to earth test point including testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth strip of 32 x 6mm size and protection pipe of 40mm bore GI medium grade.

Replacement of microprocessor based control unit suitable to DG set controlls/commands of 100 KVA to 320 KVA capacity with all listed parameters as per recomendation including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of microprocessor based control unit suitable to DG set controlls/commands of 400 KVA to 625 KVA capacity with all listed parameters as per OEM recommendation including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

On load change over switch, 630 Amps capacity, suitable for 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 Volts,font handle operated suitable in open execution type for fixing in existing panels including necessary lugs,glands.,nuts,bolts inclduing taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- Havells/L&T//HPL. Note for item no.83.00 to 88.00: (i)These items shall be executed immediately as and when required basis.

Notes for all items :- (a) Daily Collecting of complaints from JE/AGE is responsiblity of Contractor. After collecting Complaints from Complaint Register/Break down attending register duly signed by JE/Engr-in-Charge and contractor and Insturction by JE by Phone/SMS, complaint should be completed within 48 Hours of complaint receiving, Major complaints/AMF panel wiring/Rewinding etc items should be completed within 05 days. (b) Minimum 01 Technician with all tools, ladder and testing Equipment, as per the site requirement shall be provided by contractor. (c) Every month complete testing for serviceablity of DG Set for all Generator shall be done and reports shall be submitted to Engr- in -Chage at the end of every month (if items required shall be paid under relevant items given above). (d) Documents required for complaints like Stationery, Complaint Register, Slips & Site Order Book shall be provided by the contactor. (e) safety precautions shall be responsiblity of the contractor. (f) Contractor to comply all the respective notes of Particular Specifications attached.
