Dismantling the existing damaged wiring, cables,switch board,fan,fittings and depositing the fan, fittings to the concerned authority, including mending good damages neatly. ( Dist. Wiring-940 pts,Cables-300 mtrs,SPNMCBDB-23 nos, HTPNMCBDB-6,100A TPNSFU-4 nos )

Dismantling of old main panel and changeover panel after dis connection of existing cables with out any damage carefully and depositing it to the authority.

Sub-Station Master Panel : Specification of indoor type L.T. panel Board with ACB as Incomer, Buscoupler and MCCB as outgoing feeders in a suitable transportable unit, ready for operation on being installed in a fixed position. The Panel board shall be Self-supporting, Compartmentalized, Floor mounted, Indoor Type, Dust and vermin proof. Incoming and outgoing cable entry from 'Top' at rear side. Gland plate should be two part detachable type. The Panel board shall be fabricated from 2mm thick (14 SWG) CRCA sheet and base channel will be 75mm x 40mm x 6mm, with MS angle re-enforced / stiffner of 50 mm x 50 mmx 6 mm for vertical and 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm for horizontal. Lifting hooks to be provided in each transportable unit. The doors shall be removable type mounted on hinge with key locking arrangement for each compartment. Doors shall be both on front and rear. Degree of protection of the board is IP43.

Painting : Board should be properly degreased, derusted before phospheting. Alkaline Melamine Epoxy based Powder coated paint to be done with minimum thickness of 70 micron avg. Shade will be Pebble Grey, No.RAL 7032 both inside and outside. Continious Earth bus of size 50 x 10 mm Cu to be provided at a hight of 200mm from the bottom and brought outside of the panel of 75mm. Depth of the panel : Breaker Panel minium 1100mm and other 750mm. 'CENTRAL POWER RESEARCH INSTITUTE' type test report for the Panel Board for Three phase and Neutral short circuit withstand strength test on main circuit BusBars of HBB+VBB for 65kA rms for 1.0 second with intial peak of 143kA, 415V,AC, 4000A, to be Furnished.

Termination : Incoming cable termination Bus should be suitable for bus trunking system. Outgoing feeder terminals should be as per rating.

5.6 Gr Stainless Steel Bolts & Nuts mus be used for all Bus Bar Connection in the total panel. Bus Bar Support Material : FRP (thickness minimum 10 mm for main bus) Acralyic Sheet / Backelite guard to be provided in front of Bus Alley / Back side of MCCB.

Supply, Delivery at site, installation, testing, and Commissioning of L.T. cubical type Indoor, single tier, fully compartmentalized, free standing, floor mounted distribution panel board, having rigid and self supporting structure fabricated with 14 SWG CRCA sheet. The base of panel being made with 80mm x 40mm x 4 mm M.S. channel. Each compartment should be provided with hylam board at back side. Construction Details: All incoming & outgoing switches are to be housed in respective compartments with hinged and gasketted doors at the front having two blank compartments as future provision. All doors should have panel locking arrangement in such a fashion that it can not be switched 'ON' unless the feeder remains in 'OFF' position. The Cable entry should be made at the bottom of the panel and there should be Cable Alley at both sides as per approval of EIC. Neoprene or similar synthetic compounds, not subject to deterioration due to the climatic conditions, should be used for gaskets, sealing rings, diaphragms, etc. The complete panel board is to be painted (heat-chamber) after required surface treatment by 7 tanks process / sand blasting with 2 coat of red oxide primer & 2 coat of finished powder coated painting. Excavation of soft soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level by ISI-Medium GI pipe.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar incl. S & F 25 mm x 6 mm Galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddle as required and connection to equipments with incl. drilling holes, bolts, nuts,washers etc.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 40 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Dismantling the existing TPNDB, SPNDB and its cable, wires connection by agencies own tool and tackles and refixing the same in another position with all necessary connections as per direction of EIC

Hiring charge of appropriate size of bus bar & panel board with reqd size & length cables incl. all type of connection & dismantling temporarily as per requirement in actual for catering power supply in normal condition as far as possible during the work period (upto 3 days) as per direction of EIC.

Charges for hiring & running of 250 KVA Silent Movable Green DG set with suitable size Cu cable (4 Nos. Cable Length each 100 Mtr. Long - RYBN) incl connection at required point & with operator / guard for 24 hrs. (DG Set will be tested ON LOAD at least 80% of capacity before installation) (Oil consumption rate 30 Ltrs./Hr.)

Charges for diesel incl. carrying charge (carrying charge extra @ Rs. 1.00 pLtr. - carrying charge included storing container for oil)

Less cost of all dismantled items including unserviceable materials of existing pancels with different rated main switches and ACB's etc.
