Cutting in all kinds of soil such as kankar, moorum, shingle boulders decomposed of soft rock or any such mixed in other variety of soil or rocks, including filling in embankments where necessary including ramming and watering etc. stacking of serviceable materials at the place specified by the Engineer in charge including all leads and lifts wherever or for what purpose required
Excavation in foundation, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtr. clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. Layers, when required into plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth all kinds of soil within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:6:12(1cement:6 sand:12 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (1cement,5sand,10graded stone aggregate of .40 mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/Breast walls,the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per H.P.P.W.D specification including all leads and lifts.
Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:3:6 (1cement:3 sand:6 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3(1cemnt:1 1/2 sand: 3graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including all leads and lifts.
Foundation and plinth (bed) within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Walls (any thickness) but not less that 0.10 mtrs. Hick including attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string sourse from top of foundation upto floor two levels.
Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2 sand 4 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:
Suspended floor roofs landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing mild steel/tor steel for RCC work including bending and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish i/c centering shuttering propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mt. height & removal of samefor in situ reinforcement concrete and plain concrete work in:
Vertical surface such as wall(any thickness) partitions and the likeincluding attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string cources and thelike within all leads and lifts.
Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor roofs landing & like floor etc.,upto 200mm thickness within all leads and lifts
Edge of slab and break in floor and wall 20 cm wide within all leads and lifts
10 mm thick cement plaster in single coat in fair side of brick/stone masonery for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angels not exceeding 80 mm in earth and finished even and smooth including all leads and lifts a) 1:3 (1cement:3sand)
providing & fixing cast iron/sand cast iron sun spigot ventilating pipe 100 mm dia in all respect as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge upto all lead & lifts.
Laying in trenches, GMS tubes (Light Grde), Tube fittings (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately)32 mm dia.
Providing & fixing Gun metal wheel valve (with hand wheel) as per I.S specification of relevent code of following dia. In all respect as per direction & to the eintire satisfaction of Engineer in charge upto all leads & lifts.
Providing & fixing man hole cover with frame and stair case of MS sheet and angle size 150x150 (weight of Man hole and stair case are not less than 35 kg &75 kg) including welding and cutiing charge as per direction of Engineer in charge.
Wire crate made of G.I wire filled with boulders square cut faces against the wire (Wire crate to be measured and paid for separately) i/c in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing galvanised steel barbed wire (IS:278-1962 type-1) height 9.30 Kg per 100 mtr straining and fixing to any type of standrd rail, straining the belts, including securing with and providing of GMS wire stapler etc.( past e of wood cement steel paid for separatly
Boulder filling behind the retaining wall & crate wall within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Laying jointing and testing in trenches galvanized mild steel screwed and sockete/flanged pipes of following diameter and class, tube fittings in trenches i/c carriage of pipes from Sub-Dividional Store to site of work (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) complete in all respect and to the entire satisfactin of the Engineer in charge:(LR):
