1.Servicing of lift once in a month and taking all reasonable care to maintain the lift in safe and proper condition. 2. Periodical examination of safety devices, governors, etc 3.Exanination, lubrication, adjustment and if found necessary, repairing /replacing of equipments due to worn out as result of wear and tear. 4.Attending service calls in the quickest possible time on all days 5.Exterior of the car, Hoist way, machine room and all parts of lift should be checked, cleaned and lubricated to keep them mechanically and electrically in perfect condition
