Supply and installation of 58.5 KVA silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire outdoor type with acoustic enclosure as per IS 7888,engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 4722 complete with automatic governor,relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB IV + Norms and foundation etc. of capacity 58.5 KVA inbuilt control panel with monitoring system having following facility of DG parameter on screen,Parameters are following 1. Phase Voltage 2. Current 3. Frequency 4. Genset KVA, KW, KWH, KVAR, 5. Power Factor 6. Canopy Temp. 7. Lube oil pressure 8. Engine temperature 9. RPM 10. Run Hours 11. Number of starts 12. Fuel level 13. Auto. Manual stop 14. Battery charging condition with AMF feature also provide Bypass system through change over switch with cable connection to DG Set without any extra cost complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Installation Microprocessor based AMF Panel for 58.5 KVA DG Set capacity ,415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire,50 Hz outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5 m wide and n' exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling of excavated soil, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling in trenches with clean dry unwashed sand free from sharp particles, gently punning around the cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable end jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for end joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 25 to 50 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggt as in sub base of floor 100 mm th finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggt as in sub base of floor 100 mm th finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain Cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plaster surfaces for applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to FE 410-W(Gde-E250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size,1st quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles , 80mm thick of grade M-40, of any shape or shap and designe as approved, with colour pigment , laid over sand cusion fixed as in floors/ paths/ pavings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) vertically, with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised but using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I connecting to earthing test. Testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type soil, earth lead connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, test point, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded BT stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, internal surface of concrete shall be given 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded BT stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover, reinforced with 8mm dia deformed or TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12 mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe including provn of earth test point made of 50 x 5 mm MS Flat in 'D' shape 500 mm legth grouted in wall complete all as specified and directed.
