Construction of road from 19 BD to Bandhli Post km. 0/0 - 2/750 (CM Thar Yojna 2026-27 BADP)

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier, and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 m, including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness, as per MoRTH Specification Clause 201, by Mechanical Means, in area of non-thorny jungle.

Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal up to 1000 m lead, but excluding compaction, ground supporting embankment, subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 305.3.4, as per MoRTH Specification Clause 301.3.11.

Restoration of rain cuts with soil, moorum, gravel or a mixture of these, clearing the loose soil, benching for 300 mm width, laying fresh material in layers not exceeding 250 mm and compaction with plate compactor or power rammer to restore the original alignment, level and slopes as per drawings and MoRTH Specifications Clause 3002 (Mechanical Means).

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site obtained from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation or other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300-1 and 300-2 as per MoRTH Specification Clause 305.3 Deduct for Excaveted earth for used and pushed for filling in embankment.

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately, as per MoRTH Specification Clause 202, by Mechanical Means – Bituminous Courses.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor Mount Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRTH Specification Clause 401.For Grading III Material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per MoRTH Specification Clause 404. using Crusher borken aggregateBy Manual Means

Maintenance of WBM road including filling up of pot holes, ruts and rectifying corrugated surface, damaged edges and ravelling as per MoRTH specification Clause 404

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base (WBM/WMM) using truck mounted sprayer, including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70–1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means, as per MoRTH Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom, as per MoRTH Specification Clause 503.
