Drilling of bore hole (Telescopically) by mechanical percussion Rig below the ground level pipe in any kind of soil strata (Boulder, conglomerate, Rocks etc), disposal of surplus soil within 100m , keeping space for pea gravel packing and including lowering and extraction of casing pipes of suitable thickness as per IS 4270:2001 after lowering of designed assembly of ERW pipes complete in all respects as specified and directed.

(a) 600 mm (24 inches) bore hole :-

(i) From GL to 20 m BGL

(ii) From 20 m BGL to 30 m BGL

(b) 450 mm (18 inches) bore hole :-

(i) From 30m BGL to 50m BGL

(ii) From 50 m BGL to 70 m BGL

(c) 380 mm (15 inches) borehole :-

(i) From 70m BGL to 90 m BGL

(ii) From 90m BGL to 105 m BGL

Developing the successful bore well by supplying, jointing and assembling, lowering and fixing in position ERW MS screwed and socketed housing pipe 300mm bore, 8 mm wall thickness in any type of strata according top situation with conforming to IS: 4270-2001 and all around welded with 4 nos stiffners of flat iron 80x6 mm, 300 mm long as perfect jointing including cutting, threading, coupling, paiting etc as required and directed by engr-in-charge.

Mild steel ERW screwed and socketed slotted pipes 300 mm (12 inches) nominal bore having minimum 6.4 mm wall thickness confirming to IS 4270-2001 having slot size of 1.6 mm X 75mm & all around welded with 4 Nos : stiffners of flat iron 80X6 mm ,300mm long, , complete all specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Developing the successful bore well by supplying, jointing and assembling, lowering and fixing in position ERW MS screwed and socketed housing pipe 200mm bore, 6.4 mm wall thickness in any type of strata according top situation with conforming to IS: 4270-2001 and all around welded with 4 nos stiffners of flat iron 80x6 mm, 300 mm long as perfect jointing including cutting, threading, coupling, paiting etc as required and directed by engr-in-charge.

Mild steel ERW screwed and socketed slotted pipes 200 mm (8 inches) nominal bore having minimum 6.4 mm wall thickness confirming to IS 4270-2001 having slot size of 1.6 mm X 75mm & all around welded with 4 Nos : stiffners of flat iron 80X6 mm ,300mm long, complete all specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Developement of T/well by means of pumping by air compressor of minimum pressure 10kg/cm2 ,until sand free and clean water is obtained at optimum yield all as specified below

(a) First 24 hours of development

(b) Subsequent developement beyond 24 hours (if required)

Yield test after completing of developement of bore well calibrate and recording complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Reducer socket ERW MS 300X200 mm for casing pipe of borewell complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Borewell cap for 300mm bore MS pipe duly drilled for 100mm bore GI column pipe conforming to IS 226 with latest amendent complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel ball plug of size 200 mm bore one mtr long , 6 mm thick with MS rod 25 mm dia welded to 200 mm bore mild steel pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Pea gravel of size 3 mm to 6 mm of approved quality as in packing around the casing/ slotted pipe in bore well complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Housing pipe clamp made of MS flat 100mmx12mm for 12 inch bore pipe with suitable nuts ,bolts and washer , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Construction of foundation of T/well of size 1mX1m having 45cm thick PCC 1:2:4 type b-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) over 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 with GI pipe 80mm dia medium grade embedded throughout the block of suitable length with GI plug ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Strata sample wooden box made out of deodar wood with openable glass shutter and pigeon holes for depth sample at the interval of every 3 mtr including glass sheet 4 mm thick mild steel butt hinges 50 mm size 2 nos hasp & staple 75 mm size 1 no including two coats of synthetic enemel paint complete over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 12"x8" sleeve joint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 50x6 mm centre guide of required size including welding to casing pipe ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and installation submersible pump electric driven 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz , with capacity 12.5 HP having 60 mtr head and discharge not less than 750 Ltrs per minute, suitable for 100 mm bore column pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Submerisble copper multistranded cable of size 10 sqmm, 3 core, 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fully automatic star delta starter 415 volts, 3 phase, 50hz AC suitable for 12.5 HP submersible pump and making connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

ERW mild steel column pipe of size 100 mm dia 3 mtr long (10 feet) both end flanged, welded suitable for submerible pump having suitable cuts for passing through submersible cable including nuts, bolts & rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F DI pipe 100 mm bore flanged and socketed Class K-7 in any length laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Run lead joints to spigot and socket pipes and pipe fitting of 100mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ductile iron fitting for spigot and socketed pipe such as bends (any type radius and angle ), taper any type ,( straight bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) tee places, single branch, 'Y' junction , double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) , collar, caps and plugs for bore of pipe 100mm dia conforming to IS 1538 of 1976 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cast iron sluice valve class PN-1 conforming to IS 14846 of 2000 with brass spindle and iron wheel of size 100mm dia with and including 16 mm dia iron nuts , bolts & washer and rubber insertion sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cast iron reflux valve (non return valve) 100 mm dia complete with 16 mm dia iron nuts, bolts and washers and rubber insertion sheet conforming to relevant IS all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m deep for foundation etc or for laying of pipes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m but n exceeding 3.00m depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in hard/ dense soil. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 50m and not exc 250 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point , complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building material exe 1.5km n exc 5km, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 50mm bore mild steel tube medium grade galvanised with all fitting laid in trenches for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto 10mm as in stirrups cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connection plate, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated), complete all as specified and directed.
