Construction of New Administrative Building for Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Balasore at Baliapal in the District of Balasore for the year 2025-26.

CIVIL PORTION OF THE WORK:- Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Double Under ream 300 mm Dia Pile of 7 M Depth in foundation with RCC M25 using 12mm size black hard granite chips including cost of boring but excluding the cost of MS/Tor steel and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding of steel.

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling fnd & plinth with excavated materials well watered & rammed including the cost of labour ,T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of Prestressed / Reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 & above including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres.

Supplying, filling in foundation & plinth with sand in layers including watering and ramming with cost conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size black broken granite stone aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm(6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royality taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete i as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying Post constrution of Antitermite treatment by drilling 12 mm dia holes at a distance of 30cm@ junction of wall and floor about 300mm apart deep enough to each the soil below and chemical emulsion(PREMISE,IMIDACHLOPRIED 30.5SC OF BAYER MAKE mixed with475 ltr water) pumped these holes to soak the soil @1Ltr solution of each holea as per manufactures specification and the holes should be pluged with filling materials including cost of all materials,labour charges,conveyance and all taxes and hiring charges of machinaries as per direction of Engineer in charges.
