Supply of JEF ECO SAFE Maintenance Free Grounding Solution set comprising of High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 Mts length & 32 mm dia with 250 micron (average ) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirements of UL467 along with Back-fill compound strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. JEF ECO SAFE compound shall be supplied in 50 Pound Bag. ( 1 Bag required per earthing set). Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. A suitable earth terminaton clamp should also be supplied alongwith weatherproof chamber. Note : Back-fill compund shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole.

Supply and laying single Core cable of size 50 sq mm (heavy duty), 1100 Volts grade, as IS 694:1990, unsheathed, PVC Insulated and Multi Core PVC Insulated and PVC sheathed industrial cables with flexible bright annealed Copper Conductor, including making connection and taking out old damaged cable complete all as directed. Make of wire : Polycab/ Havells/ Gloster / Plaza Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it.

M&L for Cutting road/hard standing for laying of cable and re mataling/making good the same to match the existing surface complete all as directed.

Taking down the LT ACB of capacities 630Amps to 2000Amps of any make for repairs, servicing, comprising the following & refixing the same, re-orientation & labour for taking, defective parts & refixing the same spare parts:- (a) Checking /repairs of the mechanism of ACB (b) Checking/repair of the manual closing of the breakers (c) Decarburizing, setting reassembling, cleaning adjustment of fixed contacts, main contact & chamber and applying petroleum jelly all as complete.

M&L for Decorbonising /cleaning of LT 415/380V 3 phase bus bar, bus bar chambers of feeder pillar box, electrical connection complete, ACB, switch fuse unit arrangement incoming & outgoing installed in at various location after removing the complete bus bar from the bus chamber, cleaning with CTC & insure proper decorbonising refixing the same applying backtal (red) solution to the bus bar insulator & checking all the connections & tighting the nuts & bolts thimbles of incoming & out going system complete including replacement of defective rusted bolts, nuts & washers all as specified & directed.

M&L for Decorbonising/ cleaning of ducts of HT/LT cable from various location as per following description. (a)Removing of accumulated, stanated water/oil from the duct either manually or mechanically.(b) Cleaning of cable bunch in duct of all accumulated slit/mud/debris/foreign material. (c) Removing & repositioning of RCC/MS duct covers including one coat of red oxide and one coat of black paint as required.(d) Patch civil work plastering and concreting work.
