Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill)/ manual means, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.70 to 1.00 kg( zero decimal seven zero to one kilogram) per square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bitumenious surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per specifications clause No. 503 including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with BITUMEN emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg (zero decimal two five to zero decimal three zero kilogram) per square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bitumenious surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per specifications clause No. 503 including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm thick (thirty millimetre) thick bituminious concrete with 100-120 ( one hundred to one hundred twenty ) batch type HMP, producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bitumen binder VG-30 @ 5.4 to 5.6% (five point four into five point six percent) minimum of mix and filler ,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH 2014 specification clause No. 509 including carraige of matyerials within all leads and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (two point five millimetre )thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms ( at the rate of two hundred fifty gram per square metre )per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm(two point five millimetre ) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.including carriage of materail within all leads and lifts .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing cat eye make)(3M) of size 100x100x20mm made of heavy duty body shall be molded dual shank ASA /Acyclic styrene acyloretrite ) or HP/High impact polystyrene) ort ABS having electronically welded micro prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The road stud shall support a load of 13635 by tested in accordance with ASTM D4280.The slope of retro reflective surface shall be 35+/-5 degrees to base. The reflective panels on both side with at least 12cm. of each area side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification ASTM as recommended in BS-8873 part 4 1973 as per approved sample and manufacture by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materail within all leads and lifts .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
